The Next Chapter....

I would recommend, at some point, everyone considers using a coach like Chest... I learned a lot, and I'd certainly bet I'll use him again. I think it's an interesting and enlightening way to refine your process.... In some ways, it's like therapy... It's good to have someone else analyze your thoughts objectively, and possibly teach you some new tricks to maximize your results.

For those who are LESS willing to take risks, a good coach is even MORE advantageous.

Our instincts are only as good as we are. Sometimes, more often that I'd like to admit, my instincts are wrong. The best tool we have is our ability to be objective in these scenarios... The more frustrating part about the whole process is the fact there are many avenues to the same end goal, a good physique. The problem is choosing which is right for you... That takes a lot of time, and patience... Not to mention an ability to read between the bullshit we're saturated with nowadays with social media and forums... This is why I try to keep it as real as possible.

Preach on brother!

What's up guys?!

Hope everyone's doing well, life's been pretty good here in Wunderpusville... Any way, as many of you know, I've just been cruising along for the past few months. I'd say I am very happy with the muscle I've retained, and the fat that I've kept off... However, I've been a bit loose on the diet the past month or so, and I've certainly added maybe 1-2 pounds of fat, nothing crazy. So, here's the plan, I think it's a bit different than a lot of other standard "bulk" cycles...

I'm going to do a mini cut for the next few weeks to kick things off... I want to be AS INSULIN SENSITIVE as possible before starting the growth process. Since this cycle will be largely structured on GH and insulin manipulation, being as sensitive as possible makes the most sense to me... I'm going to drop carbs pretty low 5 days a week, keep protein and fats "high" and roll in cardio 3-4 days a week for the next 3 or so weeks. I'm hoping to shed off a pound of two of fat, as well as increase sensitivity and lose any water weight so I can really see that canvas we're working with while growing.

With that, I'll be pinning long estered drugs... I'm going to do this:

Insulin sensitizing/mini-cut phase weeks 1-5:

Week 1: 250 Test E, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

2: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

3: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 50mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

4: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 1000mg's deca, 50mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

5: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

Growth Phase Weeks 6-16:

6: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 2iu Black Tops, humalog pre workout

7-10: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 2iu Black Tops, humalog pre workout

10-14: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

10-14: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

14-16: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, 50mg's anadrol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

Deca seems to really kick in around 18 days, test enan around 10 days, this is why I am tapering their start dates... I want them to really slam HARD when I come off the diet and introduce insulin.

This cycle, to me, is really pushing it... I'm testing out a new process of starting as insulin sensitive and depleted as possible. I hope my body is begging to put on muscle, not fat... So, we shall see.

As far as supplements are concerned I'll be taking alpha lipoic acid, multi-vitamin, fish oil, TUDCA, curcumin and ubiquinol.

Again, to reiterate, this is an EXPERIMENT... I'm not saying this will work, or it will not... Nor am I condoning the usage of drugs at anywhere near these levels. However, I have enough experience to have a good understanding of what I'm doing here. The results will be logged, for better or worse... Maybe this is a more effective way to "bulk"? Maybe not.... We shall see. I do, however, have high hopes for this process.

Best,

WP.

I'm in. Why primo over mast? Do you always run t4 with gh?

what's your current weight, body fat % and height bro ?

Right now around 230lbs, calipers claim around 10-11% BF and I'm right at 6'1"....

I'm in. Why primo over mast? Do you always run t4 with gh?

I had a shit ton of Bayer primo amps that needed to be used, plus I like primo. Mast would've been a fine addition as well, I just wanted to use what I had.

I run T4 with GH if I'm running more than 2-3iu/ day....

Thanks for the comments, and the subs, guys.

So, yesterday I did a leg pump day... My lower back has been giving me issues, so squatting above 365lbs hasn't been happening... I focused a lot on quad work, and higher/controlled reps on my squats...

Today my quads are sore as SHIT, so these really controlled and strong reps are doing SOMETHING. I'll continue to do a push, pull & legs split for the time being... Hopefully I won't lose too much strength in the mini cut, and can hit the bulk phase strong yet insulin sensitive...

We shall see!

Morning, guys!

So things seem to be moving along nicely, however I am starting to cramp REALLY bad... I just noticed I have been slacking on my electrolyte intake, so we'll see if that fixes the issues...

Motivation in the weight room is good, it's a bit lacking in the kitchen and even more so in the cardio room... I think I instinctively want to try and grow when it's cold out, so my body/mind is a bit confused. Nonetheless, things progress. I'm just using a SLIGHT caloric deficit right now, I'll continue to lower the calories as needed until the "growth" phase begins.

For a "cut" do you guys prefer high volume/intensity stuff, or lower volume/heavier stuff? I seem to transition more into the Mountaindog style training during a cut (high volume/high intensity), and I like the P/P/L style stuff in the growth phase. I seem to hold on to muscle the more I spread out my lifts, i.e. Chest, back, arms, legs, off, chest, back, arms, legs etc etc... That extra day of an "easier" lift like arms seems to reduce catabolism for me, and retain muscle fullness in the mirror. It may seem insignificant, but recovery seems to be key when in a deficit (and, preventing catabolism).

Go get it, Pus. You can get this shit done and you have done quite well in the past. Very interesting program and hopefully it will work well.

I find that light cardio pre workout helps get the blood flowing especially in cold weather and getting cold muscles warmed up.

On a sinificance calorie restricted diet there's no way to OPTIMALLY do both high volume and intensity. The lack of calories will force you to make a choice/trade off. Seeing as intensity is better at retaining muscle and strength during a calorie deficit and volume is easier to overtrain with than intensity, I suggest keepin intensity high and reducing overall volume.

Seems to make sense, and basically my experience, as well. Shorter, yet intense, workouts in a deficit seem to work best for me.... I get SUPER fatigued after about 45 minutes.

Subbing in! I like to see how u progress with these high doses! Also take it easy on that back man I’m currently down due to disc issues I’ve been having for the past 6 yrs and I wish this pain on nobody!

What's up, guys?!

Okay, well, things are going pretty well! I'm down about 10lbs, probably a lot of water and bloat, but, still things are good!

Strength is okay, nothing great, hopefully the winstrol helps keep it up.

Sense of well being is certainly there.... I love lifting right now, my traps and delts get all veiny and I look freaky, I like it, a lot!

My diet hasn't been perfect, I think it's because I keep lying to myself saying it's not a "real cut".... I need to improve, it's especially hard this time of year. I'm still in a caloric deficit most if not all days, but the overall quality of food has been junk... A lot of shakes and snack foods. Bad, bad, bad.

Cardio has been fine, just doing 30 minutes AM 2x a week....

Overall, I feel really good. The lack of frequent and high volume pinning has been nice, also I feel pretty comfortable physically right now... I'm happy with the way things are moving, and I think i'd be happier if I buckled down on the diet for the next month or so... Then, all bets are off and it's grow time.

For training I've been exploring a lot of "time under tension" based routines... Imagine a controlled but explosive "up" movement, a one second squeeze at the top, then a 3 or more (sometimes i push it to 10 seconds) descent of the weight... This shit has been awesome for smaller muscles/ancillary exercises... For example, bicep curls, quad extensions, hamstring curls, tricep pushdowns, etc.... Very tough to do on a squat, for example.... Somewhat dangerous on the bench, but doable on the leg press.... I recommend everyone tries this way of lifting. The mind muscle connection is INSANE and really gets me nice and primed for the rest of the workout.... I've been starting my routines with something like this, then finishing with an "FST 7" style finisher. I've never been so sore, for what it's worth.

Okay guys, we're off to the races.... The first pin of deca and test was on the 27th... Gotta admit, I was sh-sh-sh-shaking in my boots after a member REALLY got in my head about the likelihood of me dying an early death from this CRRRRRAZY steroid usage warpath I'm on. Then I got over it, and, I'm still alive.

Although some members here very much believe I'm teetering between life and death, I feel completely fine and have absolutely zero issues according to bloods, an EKG and a stress test. But, these members know more than my doctor and his stupid medical community friends. Hopefully I can make it to the end of this post, fingers crossed guys!

No lie, and very LITTLE homo, I got about 75% chub when I cracked open my Serostim kit and my box of Lantus... Just the thrill of death and being the MOST JACKED corpse in the morgue really turned me on... I like to think of the male and female medical examiners and nurses just orgasming the moment they slide my cold, dead and J-J-J-JACKED corpse out for examination....

God, what a thrill!

Hope everyone has a great weekend, I'll be available for "proof of life" via PM. Start your deadpools now, boys.

Subbed. Look forward to watching you along this process and kill is throughout this. Between you and the other members giving their input in this thread makes up the majority of people I pay attention to when I see post something throughout these forums.

Does T3 make a huge difference adding it into a cutting cycle? I’ve always been curious about it but never dug too deep into it and now I feel like I hear about it in people’s cycles nowadays on the regular..?
