The Next Chapter....

If you feel good on 400, try going 600 for 3 days. Judge how you feel, then you'l have an idea of where to start for your next dnp run.

You running primo on a bulk?
I am considering the primo, since I have a bunch and like a DHT in all cycles. Might do mast enan, instead....

Save that primo for your cut later on. I think my best run was mast, tren, test. Nice size, nice definition. I can only imagine what dnp & hgh
could have added to it...lol.

I got a test, primo, mast, tren, winstrol, trest, hgh, and dnp cycle coming up.:D

The kitchen sink cycle, I like it!

I like test, a DHT and a 19NOR... So, test enan, deca and mast E is the likely cycle this time around. I used to avoid mast E, as I was always told it's mostly bunk. However, recently that seems to NOT be the case... My primo are Rimobolan amps that were HPLC'd, so I KNOW they're real.

My primo & mast e came back at 99% so I was stoked...

I know how you feel...

Since the source has good products, I'm going to test their AI's. If the results come back the same, it'll be almost similar to hitting a mini lotto ticket...lol.

I'll be calling the next cycle the "kitchen sink". Thanks to you...lol

So, DNP wrap up....

Been "off" for 2 days, yes, it's still in my system, but most sides are gone.... Allegedly some more water weight will fall off, so, that'd be nice.

Anyway, DNP, worth it? Absolutely.

The sides are WAY overstated by most users, just like those of tren, GH, etc. I think most people flip the fuck out at 1% increase in overall discomfort, that'd explain the overall physiques of most people, as an example.

My only real complaints are the night sweats and the carb sweats. With that, the sweats were mild from complex carbs (sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, etc.) and really, really, intense with fast cards (cream of rice, white flour, candy, etc.).

So, if/when I do it again, I'd either run it during a ketogenic diet, or with lantus.

Why lantus? Well, I did a lot of research and found many users mentioning the addition of insulin at lower levels sky rocketing their results, as well as keeping them "full" during workouts. I added lantus at 20iu/day for the last 5 days, and, I gotta say, it's almost a MUST with DNP. I looked so much fuller during my lifts, and also the fat loss seemed to almost double. My body felt like a machine. When/if I do DNP again it'll be 3iu GH, 20iu lantus and 600mg's of DNP with all the ancillaries (electrolytes, minerals, berberine, curcumin, green tea, etc.).

I'm down to 221lbs, which is the lightest I've been in a while, and I feel ready and primed to grow. I'll be doing John Meadows: The Taskmaster for training, and mostly intuitive eating throughout. Once I add about 20lbs, I'll stop (I figure on a good day those 20lbs are 5-6lbs of actual muscle) and go back to a cruise or a quick cut depending on the damage I did to my physique in these 12 or so weeks. I want to have plenty of time to cruise before I hit my summer cut... Which, I would say is safe to speculate, will involve the aforementioned DNP cycle.

Always wanted to fully commit to one of John Meadows programs. I’ve used various workouts and exercises from him and incorporated those into my training routine. Never pulled the trigger though. I think it’s gonna have to happen. I know he has different levels and etc. I’m assuming you’ve used his programs in the past also along with the one your running now. What’s been your favorite so far?

Week 3 of John Meadows: The Taskmaster (week 3 of "back block")

Well, here we are... I've gotta say, training back 3x a week is STILL a bit odd to me, but it actually feels great. I've noticed some serious size increases (mostly glycogen and other inflammation, I'm sure) in my back... My strength goes up incredibly every week.

I am beginning to really believe in this "rotating high frequency training", where you annihilate one group 3x a week for about 4 weeks, then go back down to training it one time a week. Obviously you don't go to complete failure on each set, each day, like you probably would for 1-2x sessions a week (honestly, failure 2x a week is a bit much IME). But, you can get REALLLL close on lats one day, traps on another day and rhomboids later in the week, for example.

I would suggest anyone to try this sort of training, especially for lagging body parts. I'm excited to try the "leg block"!

Questions on dnp, if you'll indulge me. For the purpose of getting the best info, we'll say this is a stand alone dnp run, no insulin, etc.

I think I misread somewhere that dnp had a point of diminishing returns after 9 days. Cycle length for dnp? 2-3 weeks?

After a dnp run, would you say there is any significant advantage in going straight into a cycle or would it be just as effective to wait a while before the cycle?

Can dnp be used to lose fat but maintain most of the weight. Personally, I can lose weight fairly easily while gaining is harder without adding fat. Basically I need to somewhat dirty bulk to gain on cycle.

There is no evidence to support, at least that I've seen, a point of diminishing returns... You can find studies where tangible weightloss was observed for YEARS on DNP... DNP is the most muscle-sparing fat burner we know of... So, yes, it would be ideal to use it to burn fat and save LBM... DNP for 2-3 weeks is what I'd advise solely from a health perspective.

I used DNP straight into a cycle (mass gaining) and I'm loving it so far. I dropped the DNP, let it "clear" for about 3 days and hit the mass gaining phase hard.... DNP takes longer than 3 days to fully clear, but a lot of the sides start to diminish.

Correct, there is none. There were several people on /fraud/ running it year long as well.
The truly astonishing part of those LONG studies are the results... The fact the subjects all kept the fat off for years post DNP usage really interested me more than anything else. I can lose fat other ways - diet, cardio, clen, fat burners, whatever - but the fact that DNP seems to, in sense, cause a more "permanent" fat loss really interested me.
