The Next Chapter....

As with everything, we learn and evolve... Such is the nature of what we do here... We grow, train and most importantly learn. This leads to an ideal environment for evolution. With that, I hate the idea of "sticking" to a plan in the sense of training, drugs, dieting etc., if that plan isn't working.

For a long time I have never wanted to, or considered using DNP. Largely out of ignorance and fear. I would place DNP in an even "scarier" category than insulin, probably on par with site-enhancement oil, within our community. After talking with many people who have USED DNP, not just read about it - or less than that even -, it's come to my attention I have long misunderstood the drug as a whole, and it's many applications to bodybuilding.

First and foremost, DNP is from what I can determine the most powerful fat burner on earth, as well as the most muscle sparing. Yes, it is also the "deadliest" (from all of the research I've done, you'd have to REALLY fuck up to kill yourself, minus an allergic reaction).

DNP appears to increase insulin sensitivity, spare muscle and burn fat... What a PERFECT drug to run before a bulk that's intended to harness the power of insulin to grow, right? I thought so, too.

So, here we are, DNP en route. I will update you guys with how it goes, but here's the plan:

Test E- 300MG's/week
Primobolan- 800MG's/week
DNP- 250mg's for the first 5 days, ramp up to 375-400mg's/day for another 12-15 days depending on how I feel.
T3- 12.5mcg's/day
hGH- 2iu Serostim pre-bed
hGH Frag- 250mcg's upon waking, 250mcg's pre bed (20 minutes before Serostim shot)
*Clen and ECA are both "maybes", depending on how I feel and where energy levels are*

The plan is to pin deca and test e (higher dose) mid-way through the DNP cycle, in order to have it just kick in as the DNP is cleared. I don't want to try and grow on DNP, however, I want to harness that sensitivity. I'll probably lower the test than what was originally planned, and bring in masteron enanthate as the DHT (I'll have slammed a ton of primo beforehand).

Frankly, with the holidays, I was too lazy with the cardio and dieting to really cut much (lost like 5lbs overall). I am using DNP as a crutch to forgive me for being so lazy and shitty with my diet, there are no smoke and mirrors about it. This just seemed like a good time to try DNP both cycle wise, and with the cooler weather.

I popped 200mg's about 2 hours ago, so far, nothing. I'll use it with 25mcg's of T3, and various other supplements including berberine, multi-vit., vit. C., etc.

Excited to see how this goes.... 200mg's for the first 5 days, assuming all goes well, then bumping to 400mg's for 2 weeks. After that, a few days of recovery, then BLAST time... I'll try my best to log all of the experiences with DNP and the pros & cons that appear.

Day 2 of the DNP Diaries

Took my second 200mg capsule today at 5a. It seems to take about 3 hours or so to start to feel any warmth form the DNP, however this could also be carryover/combination from the prior day's DNP (long active life).

Last night I sweat fairly considerably, I would compare it to tren's night sweats. However, none of the insomnia that goes along with tren, for me.

Had some jelly on my wheat toast this morning (trying to avoid simple carbs), and I definitely felt the heat in about 45-60 minutes. Nothing unbearable.... I could see this being really uncomfortable in warm temperatures, especially without a fan (I bought a big fan for my desk).

Anyway, so far, so good!
 
DNP Diaries- Day 2 of 400mg's/day

So far, nothing really crazy to report in terms of sides. Night sweats comparable to tren, and warmth comparable to niacin. Nothing really horrific or unpleasant, not at least to me...

My biggest complaint is the way I look on DNP. I am flat and a bit bloated (almost looks like what people call "GH gut").... Really hard to even get a pump in the gym, so, I'm just in maintenance mode right now... Not going crazy with the weight, just repping out good form with good squeezes (I use these sorts of "non-growth" periods to master my execution).

Anyway, I could see anavar being a good addition to DNP. Might increase the pump in the gym and help further belly fat loss....

Have you heard of this issue on ECAY? I’ve been on keto during my stack and have been noticing the same sort of flat, bloatness which contradicts what keto is supposed to do from what I understand.

Hmm, interesting. I've done keto before, I definitely had a "flat" look to me. I don't recall being bloated, though.

I know DNP can do exactly this, and is to be expected... So, I'm not shocked by it.

Your water intake and electrolyte levels are probably out of whack, it's not uncommon during keto.

Ya, I’ve made sure to supplement more magnesium because I’ve been getting plenty of potassium and sodium. I also added chia seeds to implement more fiber. I think it’s helped a bit, but I guess I expected more from keto. I’m definitely ready to start adding carbs back in.

Anyways, back to the DNP!
 
So, a week into 400mg's/day of DNP, and I'm..... Underwhelmed... To say the least.

Fat definitely is coming off, I'm not underwhelmed by that part of it... I'm underwhelmed by the side effects. Honestly, I'd BARELY know anything was different. When I eat carbs I sweat a bit, but nothing horrific. Why are people such pussies with this shit? Reminds me of tren when people bitch about the "horrible" sweats and all the cardio issues... I've never had anything close to what people describe. Beginning to think a lot of people are just pussies, and 1% discomfort they flip out....

Anyway, I am considering upping the dose to 600mg's/day for the last 5 days. Gonna consult with a few who are much wiser than I am in regards to DNP to see their thoughts.

You'll gain water weight on dnp. I did. But once you come off is when the magic begins... Roughly a week or two after:)

Although I don' recall using dnp while on cycle though.

I figured as much.... I don't look as bloated as I did the first few days.

If you feel good on 400, try going 600 for 3 days. Judge how you feel, then you'l have an idea of where to start for your next dnp run.

You running primo on a bulk?
