The Reason Donald Trump is Unfit for President

American really don't understand how hard of a process it is to become a US citizen or come in legally. They did a study I am going to look it up and post it up on here. Anyways the studies showed that less than 35% of the American public. Yes the born here American were not able to pass the test. Does that not say something about the process? The argument I usually get is that it is not suppose to be easy and I get it. However an America should be able to pass the exam and if they don't should lose their right to vote. I do believe we have a lot of ignorant and illiterate people in America. At my work place we have to dumb things down to a 4th grade comprehension level...

There are a lot of points in your statement that I totally agree with

It should be hard however, it should also be less obscure... There are some absolutely archaic guidelines for immigration currently.

If the process was difficult yet REALISTIC, there wouldn't be an immigration problem in this country to the extent there is now. This administration will only exacerbate it.

In addition, aside from immigration, I'm being given forecasts that show health insurance costs will be increasing yet again this year... Thanks, Trump.

I do agree with you that there are certain aspects of the citizenship process that need to be revamped. I have personally known Mexican immigrants who have legally obtained citizenship status. It seemed that the worst part of the entire process was that it took about three years to complete.

You are blaming Trump for health insurance costs rising like they have every single year of Obamacare? Perhaps I'm missing something please explain.

This is how mesos should be. Grown men being able to have a healthy discussion. Now if only they would make gear legal haha. We can on my dream.

While I am not a big fan of Trump has has not done anything to increase our health care insurance. It is actually because of the Obama Care.
I do want him to do well as a president. It's like being on a plane. You want your pilot to fly the plain not just crash it. He does have a few good business idea that would help out America financially. We provide way to much military support to other countries for free.

Obama created the mess, the only and I do mean ONLY sufficient reason for voting in a moron like Donald Trump is so he could improve healthcare like he said he would... And he has actually managed to make a very poor health insurance system even worse. The single upside to him getting into office, was to carry out the promises of repeal and replace.

What does he do when he fails to repeal and replace like he promised to? He deliberately works to make the system worse out of spite.

Republicans control the government right now and they're making fools of themselves, which is quite a feat considering it was Trump they nominated for president.

I will agree that the Republicans are absolutely useless considering they have had all these years to have a plan to replace Obamacare and yet they have nothing. Trump can do nothing about healthcare without the help of the Republicans in the house and senate. As far as what does he do when he can't uphold one campaign promise, I suppose the same as every president that fails to fulfill every campaign promise. You don't have to like the guy but you blamed him for rising health costs when they have risen every single year before him. I do agree with your assessment of the Republicans at this point being incompetent in fixing healthcare/insurance.

Maybe you're taking it as me saying that healthcare costs are on the rise, and it's all Trump's fault. I assure you, I cursed Obama every year around this time.

Part of my responsibility at my job is sourcing health insurance for employees. A broker I spoke with last week was absolutely shocked at the amount of money we spend to cover our employees coverage, apparently no one else she's met with is as generous. If we didn't help our employees, many of which are rather well paid, I think they'd still be working only to cover health insurance costs...

It's no secret I despise Donald Trump. I've disliked him long before he said he'd run for office and my dislike has only increased. With that said, I was counting on him to accomplish one thing, to make a difference in our health insurance system so I can look at my employees and tell them insurance is going down this year. Instead, I'm going to tell them the opposite while Trump continues to sabotage the market and drive up costs then challenge Tillerson to an IQ test... It's just a complete embarrassment.

Again, costs were going up before Trump so you would of had to explain rising costs regardless. Trump and the Republicans have so far done nothing to fix the problem. I agree with you. To expect a mess like Obamacare to be fixed by one man in less than a year is a bit much. Plenty of things to hate him for or more accurately place blame on him but I just don't see how rising costs of healthcare or insurance can be put directly on him. I will say he inherited a mess but so far he has accomplished zero in fixing any part of it.

The funny thing is that this thread was started back in 2011

I liked him better when he supposed universal healthcare with single payer.

If you believe that Trump is a genius, you're dumber then he is.

GDP up, unemployment down and health care still fucked up.

2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Give him time, Obama had 8 years to fuck it up.

How about a tax bill that he has zero clue about? Have fun with that, the epitome of campaign lies. He'd sign anything that walking corpse McConnell put in front of him.

I think we need to wait and see how it goes.

None of us know because the media on all sides are driven by agenda, both for and against.

As far as being dumber than he is, I am not sure that I called him a genius in the first place.

I would say something derogatory back at ya but I like you, fucker.

I wasn't directing that at you... Unless you do think he's a genius, in which case I would recommend a CAT scan.

I really have no interest in waiting to see how it goes when it comes to saddling my kids with the repercussions of the modern Republican party, or whoever they think they are these days. However, I suppose that all we really can do is wait and see how it goes now, we don't have another choice.

There are very few good things in that tax bill, whether we're waiting to see how it goes or not. Trump would have signed anything the Republicans handed, primarily because he's too incompetent to know what any of it means but also because he's too lazy or stupid to bother reading it at all. I don't need the media to tell me that saving the richest individuals in the country a shit ton of money on taxes is good or bad, I already know what it is. I don't need the media to tell me it's a ridiculous notion to think that slashing corporate tax rates by 15% and expecting it to result in raises to middle and or lower class workers... I already know what it is.

I could go on, but I'll end there.

you “already know” everything but yet said absolutely nothing with your post. But you know that already
