I've been meaning to check out your log for awhile. Looks like you've made some really good progress this last year, good job.
 
thanks man, had a few set backs and ups and downs but it went pretty well. excited to see what 2017 has in store for me.

Oh, I feel you on that. There were a few things I wish I could've changed in 2016, but 2017 is right around the corner and a good chance to not make the same mistakes and kick some ass!
 
Realistically, a 1600 total. I'm shooting for 1,700 though so that way even if I fall short I'll still be over 1600. Lol!

How about you?

the same as you. would like 1700 something like 600 squat, 410 bench, 690 deadlift. give or take obviously.
im going to be hoping in some wraps, so i think that should definitely help get my squat there. the rest will be close. anything over 1625 and ill be happy

My end of the year goal lifts are a 425 bench, 600 squat, and 700 deadlift. I'm about to run a 12 week block that I hope will get me to a 405 bench, 545 squat, and a 635 deadlift. then I'll probably take a couple months off to shed off any unnecessary fat I gained before I continue towards 1700.

those second numbers are close to what i was hoping to hit in this last meet. was hoping for 535 squat 405 bench 650 dead. ended up missing all of my thirds and hit somewhere around 520 380 630

Was the squat raw, or with wraps? That's what I was hoping to hit raw, a couple weeks out from when I was supposed to compete I wanted to test my strength, so I did a single at 95% of my old 1rm(475), and put it up pretty easy. So going off how it moved before that, I figured I was somewhere around 515-520ish. Then my girlfriend gave me the flu a week out and I never ended up competing. Lol

i feel you on the Flu, the last 8 or so days going into the meet and wasn't 100% on meet day by any means.

I'm still not back to 100% from it. I feel fine physically and mentally, but I'm down 10lbs from where I was before(210) and I feel pretty weak yet. I was squatting the other day and was struggling on sets of 8 with 365 squatting, and a 4x5 of 295 on paused bench. I should be able to do a 4x5 of 315 paused, so that's definitely not something I'm very happy about at the moment. lol.
