One step ahead I see lol. Did you look in his fed specifically or all of the feds?
I'm unsure where all he checked. But I checked all feds. Only thing happening is a RPS first week of December and a couple USAPL meets, which are clearly a no go. My buddy at the gym wants me to do one of the USAPL meet he is doing with him. But he doesn't know I cycle.
Standing OHP uses a lot more musculature and is much more difficult for sure. It's a better choice to the seated version but each can have benefit.
Let pillar know you're adding tren. He usually likes his clients to cruise while normal training and blast for peaking. He may decide to up the volume wih tren added and if you're tolerating it well
Why do you think that is? I would think since standing OHP is somewhat of a whole body lift a person could lift moreSeated I can rep 225 for close to 7. Standing I was only able to do 165. I definitely concur that it uses more musculature. I felt it a lot in my core.

Another mind Fuck week. One of my good friends I've know for close to 15 years was shot and killed on Thursday. And yesterday was my girl and myselfs anniversary. The sad part is I talked to him last week and was trying to help him get into treatment. But he didn't want to wait he wanted to get in that day. I've got to talk to my coach cause I'm going to miss my accessories day. I don't know why I'm rambling about all of this. Anyways..
First time doing hack squats. Felt akward at first but after getting used to them the quads felt amazing. I feel like this is going to be beneficial for me.
