I will pop a woodie when I deadlift 600, so ohp is a bit lofty. Whateva son! Great log. I'm running sheiko right now but switching to pob when I got some $$$$. GET IT!
Week 5 with POB just started today and I be already hit a bunch of PRs. Can't recommend him enough. I always forget about you log since its in an entirely different section than this.

Was not feeling the session on 10-28. Energy, drive, strength and focus were not there. First bad day at the gym I've had in weeks so in retrospect, it wasnt that bad. Started using a lower box for box squats that's just below parallel.

Felt great to almost pull my all time max DL of 535 for reps. 530 went up really smooth and easy considering the 535 was an all out shaking grinder. 600 is coming

First time benching with bands, I am in love with it. Felt great. Just wish my gym had band pegs.

Concentric squats are brutal. I didn't think they would be that tough but they were. I also had the pegs set a peg hole too low I think. Was really hard to get into a proper postion.

The Koklyaev deads were great too. Could really feel the emphasis on my hamstrings and glutes alot.

Squats have been feeling great, it didn't move quickly, but I got it there. I have never been an explosive squatter. Previous Squat 1RM was 385 so it felt great to not only hit a PR but to hit it for a trip was dope.

Could tell walking into the gym the intensity and drive wasn't there. Hamstrings were still sore from the previous days Good Mornings. Was still drained from playing football all day staurday but i got my lifts in and made them count. guess that's the beauty of using RPE.
