You're 100% right. The beauty of RPE is it allows you to tailor your training for those life circumstances you can't avoid and those football games etc. It allows you to still make progress without being locked in to certain percentages.

I was on one tonight. Rack pulls and squats felt great. After having a couple blah sessions and it was great to have the energy and focus there today and yesterday.
I also held the rack pulls at the top for a 5 second count to work on grip strenght. And cause I was feeling like a beast.

Is that a real question? Haha its been great, on bench my old max was 335, I hit 330 for a triple this week. Old DL max was 535 and hit 530 for a trip. Squat max was 385 and I hit 390 for a triple. And I still have another month left before my mock meet. I'm extremely pleased thus far

Yes chalk and heavy on my fap game seem to be helping my grip strenght right along. I remember messaging Doc about 4-6 months ago about grip strenght problems and how on my top sets of deads I had to use straps. I haven't used straps since I messaged him and it's helped a ton

Worked for me. Couldnt see it on my phone so I had to get my lazy butt up and go to the computer. But it was fine there.
Just saw the video. They looked good. Good speed and not much form degradation from what I saw. Next time if you could, try taking the video right from the side. It'll be a better angle to critique from but not much to critique from what i saw there
