The before shots weren't quite at my heaviest, had been working out for a little while at that point and i think i was somewhere around 335-340 i think.

Recent ones im sitting at 239lb this morning.

Gut is pretty much gone, planning on cutting another 20lbs or so and hopin that makes a nice difference in my chest.

A good base is built with heavy bricks and mortar
Not straw and bailing twine

Bricks and mortar being basics and strength
Straw and bailing twine being BB specific exercises

Good job man
 
I've been through a couple of phases!!

The left was the second phase! Senior year around 170 lol
The first phase is my fat one borderline diabetic at about 245lbs!

And lastly my last phase the right picture!
Solid 190-205pbs
