The before shots weren't quite at my heaviest, had been working out for a little while at that point and i think i was somewhere around 335-340 i think.

Recent ones im sitting at 239lb this morning.

Gut is pretty much gone, planning on cutting another 20lbs or so and hopin that makes a nice difference in my chest.

Fuck yeah man! That's some good shit. Im cutting down hard right now. I wanna be around 220 also by the end of summer. I've been dabbling in low carb, with carb up before my training... what did you do?

He has been helping me out with diet and lifting programs, I've just been following his cues, staying on track with my diet and pushing hard in the gym.
 
IMG_2334.JPG Well I started this and literally haven't posted in forever. So much going on I wouldn't know where to begin but I've been on my game lately. Strength going up again (long ways to get back to where I was). This is the heaviest I've been this lean. I hate trying to "guess" my BF% but I'd say around 12-13ish.
 
The upper picture I posted 1 year ago. The lower picture is from today. Not the most life changing transformation and surely not as impressive as most of the members here but I'm Damn proud of myself. I was blasted pretty hard for my legs a year ago. Don't know how drastic they've improved but I have tried. The last year I have been on TRT but no cycle. My weight hasn't changed much 255 lbs. At 37 I feel like I'm getting better every year. Unless you are carrying fat on your legs and glutes, you look sub 10% to me but just guessing based on one photo. Either way you look great.

Thanks brother. I appreciate it. I've been working on creating as much lean muscle as possible. I'm not bodybuilding or looking for a super low BF% cause I've done that and it's miserable. That's why I like powerlifting. I still wanna have the most muscle possible for my weight class. As far as BF some body types fat tends to sit more on top of the muscle where others it can be more intertwined within the muscle leaving the appearance of looking like less body fat. There really is no way to look at someone and be like "you're such a such percentage". I always test way higher then people who look "softer" than me

Interesting I've wondered about this before, kind of like a marbled steak I guess. I think Stan Efferding talks about fat intertwined with muscle and around organs making it hard to tell bf% in one of his rants.

That's why it kills me. All these people running around i look about 13%. You could literally be 20% or even 8%. The only reason i throw mine around a little is I've been tested several times and know how I personally look and feel in certain ranges
 
Great thread. I would post pics, but labeling one before and one after would imply the before pic is in the past, when really it's also in the future. I've been on a fat-to-fit-to-fat cycle since my 20s that's unlikely to end in this lifetime!
