View attachment 124918

View attachment 124915

Right before my first cycle in 2015, around 215lbs here. Had been powerlifting natty for a few years and permabulking basically

@Perrin Aybara -- youve come a long ways Iron-brother , good job ! ~Ogh :D

May as well throw my story into the ring for fun.

Flash back 7ish years ago (Maybe 8, cant remember)

This pic is 235 6'1" before a 3 month easy slow cut.
Managed to drop 10 lbs and add another inch to my arms (Mostly triceps as they were lacking at the time)
Found this pic in my OLD phone before that recomp.

At this point I started prepping for a physique show.
Figured I could get lean enough to show some amazing conditioning...and not have any issues

Then I got fucked up
Internal organs gave out.

I dropped from show weight to 155 lbs.
I looked like an aids patient.
No pics at that time, I couldnt even look in a mirror let alone take a picture
My self worth was zero... I could barely get up... let alone workout.
I finally got healthy... but gave up on training..

I got skinny/fat

Not fucking cool lol.

This pic is ME from Janurary of 2019
Almost exactly one year ago.

Look at that fucking titty I got going.
Beer gut is embarrassing lol

Look at that titty
I got C cups going on here!!

235lbs of shit in a 150 lb bag lol!

I decided after 6 or 7 years off training and gear..
Enough was enough.

Time to beef the fuck up and hit the weights boys!!!!

This is maybe a week ago.

20191231_164459.jpg

Been doing a 1 year recomp.
I'm 230,
Im a little wet in this picture, the GH and some Nadrolone will do that lol.
I'm still doing PCT
this is 1 cycle from the other picture.

Most of the gains are natural.
My body has muscle memory from the good old days.
So proper nutrition and a strict training regiment put me there.

Going to start cutting right now.
My hope is to get sub 15% (right now my 6 pack is BARELY visible.

Another blast in a month or so and I'll be BACK

Dont hate too much guys!

I'm only back in the game for a year.

should be a fucking monster in a few more years

My goal is 10%BG at 235 lbs.

Which I think a year and a half is doable at my current level

Yeah but u didnt show them paws. Bare handing a half ton block pull is akin to the jaws of life being used to open a can o beans and weenies. Overkill. Id congratulate you with a hand shake...but on second thought, i think ill pass.

@Perrin Aybara has the death grip ehh ? o_O
You would have to in order to deadlift 700+lbs. Ive got a weak grip thats why my deadlift SUCKS !! But Ive been putting in the work and I deadlift at least once a week , sometimes twice . Squats on the other days...

We had a challenge some time back and he won. He pulled 1000+ from blocks bare handed and held it till he went dark. I couldnt

Thanks and yeah, crazy looking at old pictures. Reorganizing some and finding some old ones is what made me think of this thread the other day. I really hope @ROB581211 is doing okay. Haven't heard from him in a couple years.
Literally the first time I’ve signed back in here in ages. Life has been so crazy which I’m sure happens to everyone. Thinking about getting back into things a little more serious again.

Good to have you back. You been lifting this whole time you've been away?
Never stopped. Dealt with my knee surgery and focused on some pretty muscle for a while. Just recently decided to start back with somewhat challenging weights. Benched 365 for a few triples last week. Squatted 405 for 6 last week. Did a few pulls at 495 as well. Most of my workouts are still focused more around “bodybuilding”. I tend to hang right around 200.

I had a lot of injury time the last year, I went ahead and used some of it to really focus on getting leaner. I did finally pull 700lbs last year in the gym, but missed 705lbs at my last meet a couple months later.
