Please please please be careful of Hardasnails and Overbeck, there have been lots of documented cases of EXTREMELY unhappy people who went to see him (he's not a doctor, and he advertises 'overbeck' on almost every single "male issue" forum.) This guy is a complete hack and there are many posts over on MESO about his dealings, unethical and i would say bordering on malpractise. He has been caught in many lies and has NEVER once defended himself, merely just ignores the posts questioning him. Overbeck isnt even a legitamite HRT doctor, the only reason he's included is to 'keep it legal', as he's an MD. HAN scours the various mens health forums, see's what doctors such as Dr crisler and Mariano are posting, and just incorporates it in his own forum vocabulary to sound more trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Do you have methylation issues?

He 'may' have good intentions but he is not a doctor and he will gladly take your money for a consultation fee and should you get into more trouble via his advice (which a few people have cared to post on MESO), he'll leave you in the dirt. Be warned and make sure you do background checks. He has also been known to coax the forum members who 'consulted' with him to leave positive feedback on the forums so he can gain some new customers.


You guys should see his many posts, there's some gems where he brags about going to lecture At anti aging conferences, and advising LEF's president to change their formulations etc etc just really crazy crap that nobody believes.

Listen guys, i know most of you are desperate and its really tempting to shell out your dough for his 'help' as he promises answers for ALL of your issues, but let's be honest here -- this guy is nothing but a former steroid abuser who screwed himself up and then spent countless hours on these forums as a victim himself, picked up the lingo, likes to think of himself as a 'researcher' and a 'clinician' when really he just copies whatever the hell other MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS are posting, and then uses it on his 'patients', Hes not a doctor nor is he close to one. Im not really surprised that hes a 'trusted' member of the forums; give everyone a little bit of advice for free, then get them brainwashed and pay you for a 'consultation', eventually someone will sue him, but its a low risk since everyone is sick and just want to get better instead of wasting energy on that i suppose... He prays on desperate people on many forums like a hawk, which is why you see him trolling all the major mens health forums, i bet you 30% of his posts are advertising in nature -- out of a total 30,000+


Now he may have helped people here and there (Even a broken clock is right twice a day), but they would likely have the same or better result with a legitimate doctor, and dont listen to this 'dr overbeck is the BEST on the east coast' hype, Thats NONSENSE started by and perpetuated by Hardasnails, Nobody knows who the HELL overbeck is in the medical world, he's not even a hormone doctor nor is he an authority on any of the issues many people here suffer, he just started magically gaining popularity once HAN started spamming his name as being the next messiah over on these mens health forums. Remember, this is a guy who actually reccomended to get BLOOD SPOT TESTING DONE (via ZRT). Where you prick yourself and drip blood on a testing strip and mail it to a laboratory. Normal testing at real labs is always going to have ~10-20% error, can you imagine this Do it yourself testing being accurate? Dr crisler corroborates this and outed ZRT as a scam.

I actually recall reading a post by him on another board praising ipamorelin and how great it was for trt etc. Then a month later he is saying how it fried his adrenals and no one should take it without having perfect adrenal health. Anyone can recommend every supplement under the sun and its actually quite Un professional imo in how he jumps into threads and throws his nonsensical posts in only to advertise himself.

And you're right, i do have a huge problem; one with PHONY fucks on health forums BILKING desperate people out of their money with promises of a cure to their problems which no other doctor knows how to solve since they dont "identify the issue in dept". Can HAN even legally refer to people as his 'patients'???

The truth being is that I used muscle testing to identify the areas of imbalances. Dr's think this is bull shit, but I have changed many MD;s opions about it when I told them to check specific things checked out from my quick assessment. They reported back to me HOW DID YOU KNOW.?...Again verified by clincal testing. Being african american descent was the biggest red flag which I explained to him reasoning why. Every one body is different and specific treatment is individualized based. He is typical example of balnacing out the body uinderstanding nutrition and enzymatic reactions resuilted in not needing any meds which typical endos would have started him on androgel. I am getting so proficient at this that I can o second nature. I have a God given gift to have a patient with in 15 minutes by examining them through tongue, eyes, finger lips, energetic field pin, facial structure come up a picture what may be the source of the problems and then write it down on a paper have them get tested then come back to compare the results. Accuracy rate is >95% backed by clincal testing. Balancing Hormone, adrenal, thyroid brain chemistry, gut issues I can literally do in my sleep. Ttechniques I learned are nol taught only to a certain select few because they are not taught to outsiders.

This is literally just the tip of the iceberg. Theres really so much more than can be dug up its borderline ludicrous, i hope this thread educates people on this guy. Many people will have blinders on because they're led to believe that HAN is their bringer of health, therefore their mind cant post anything negative about him because hes the one thats supposedly healing them, sort of an unconscious self rationalization. This needs to be returned to the Mens Health Forum. Thats where he finds his clients, patients, victims; whatever they are called. Look at it as kinda like the product warning label on cigarettes, booze, or drain cleaner.
Hiding it from view is doing the new members who are actually seeking help with perplexing conditions a grave dis-service. Doesnt the oath go something like "I shall do no harm"? Hiding this post from the new members here is both a violation of that oath and well as a sin of omission.

I don't know you from a hole in the wall, and lets give you the benefit of the doubt and say you r a good guy with good intentions. Even having said that: YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR. LET ALONE AN ENDOCRONOLOGIST.

That's my biggest issue with you HAN. Aside from your horrible spelling/grammar of course.

I have family in medical school and it is a rigourous process. And endo's learn the interactions between many different hormones in the body. What is your qualification that you can advise people on hormones? Some trial and error that you've done on yourself?

I do feel like you take advantage of vunerable people. A lot of your business is generated by desperate people on message forums who have seen a few doctors and havent been fixed yet. And you offer some magic adrenal/gut imbalances/vitamin deficiences speil.

You also say people jump on TRT too soon and don't need it if they optimize XYZ - but you are still on TRT. When are you going to come off TRT and walk your talk?

Also if you want to be taken seriously and have a longterm career in this field - i suggest you hit the books and get your MD.
