That's awesome bro that really inspires me. I'm a hard gainer right now I'm trying to get my diet and exercise tuned in . Not on anything besides TRT. Just trying to learn as much as I can and get big. I will be following this. Thanks for doing a log.

So roughly they're 2 cups of rice a piece and .4lbs of beef a piece. That small morning quick fix is 2500 calories roughly with ground chuck.

Thank you, I'm keeping at it. No worries on my end. Been slacking off honestly a bit due to work. Missed an EOD shot last night. That's two misses in 2 weeks. :/ been busy.
 
Alright. I've been slammed with work but I'm still here. Weight: 214lbs

4 week cut begins.
Clen protocol tapering to 120 in starting week 2 - 3 weeks on
Diet @ first - 2700 calories
I have 1000 calories left after post workout meals and I can eat whatever to fill that.

Should be simple and fun. Just a small trim down before this next blast.
