Thinking of trying T3!

I'm currently In a deficit doing daily cardio and looking to boost my fat loss so I'm thinking of adding t3 for 6-8 weeks or so. 25mcg first week then bump to 50mcg for 5-6 weeks then drop down to 25 for another week then stop. Has anyone experienced bad sides from T3? Thanks.
 
What about the studies that show thyroid function goes back to normal after use? Is that nonsense then? Genuinely curious.
I don't get the fear mongering with T3/T4 it's been shown it bounces back even in people they discontinued from like 10+ years of using it.

I personally think there is zero reason to ever go above 50mcg unless you like looking flat as hell. Have never experienced adverse side effects and if you are running a cycle with it you should be totally fine. You could even run 25mcg as a replacement dose to keep you chugging in your deficit and it can still be beneficial.

If you're running GH just throw in 50-100mcg of T4 instead if not T3 can definitely help with your cut.

Always buy pharma grade or don't bother when it comes to T3/T4 imo.

T3 + Inj. L carnitine + fasted cardio + a fat burner like EC can be a quite potent combo with a proper cut and will get you peeled.

So thankful for educated replys. I gave up on hgh as I just feel like crap on it and I'm currently just using 100eod test/mast with some var too. Your advice is exactly what Lee Priest recommends so if I add t3 I'll stay under 50 for sure and go with hg. Thanks brother :cool:
 
My thyroid's somewhat underactive as noted by my doc when I had labs done recently for a physical and looking to boost mine as well...so t3 good for that even with the 25mcg dose?

25mcg is regarded a replacement dose. When you're dieting your ass off in a deficit even a 25mcg can help keep your thyroid chugging. The sweet spot for fat loss imo with anabolics is 50mcg.

I am not doubting the studies at all or what @muscletrain said. But if you need t3 to lose fat you’re doing something wrong unless you’re single digit.

I would tweak the diet, add cardio and activity before introducing thyroid drugs.

I didn’t mean to fear monger about something I’m not too educated on. I’ve just noticed people adding things like t3 and clen before really milking the fat loss you can get otherwise via diet and cardio.

It's not like I'm planning on using it as a main player, just as added help. Guys up in this bitch running tons of tren when dieting and nobody says shit, but I ask about t3 and you tell me I must be doing something wrong:rolleyes:

If you look at my posts I always advocate guys to NOT use things unless they have too. Tren being one of them if they care about longevity or are uneducated and on a 3rd cycle.


I never said YOU were doing anything wrong. I said if you need t3 to lose body fat you’re doing something wrong or looking for a short cut. I was speaking in general terms. 75% of people ask about drugs and have a lack luster diet and training regime. I’m also not against drugs or pharmacology. I’m about optimizing everything and using things where need be.

don’t ask for thoughts on things if they hurt your feelings when i don’t tell you exactly what you want to hear. I care about your health and sacrificing as little as possible to optimize :)
 
Haha man some crazy opinions in here. Factually, t3 has never hurt anyone even after being on for years you bounce back like a mofo. Ya it'll eat muscle too if you overdo it but in my experience the effects of testosterone are enough to prevent this.

Guys scared to mess with thyroid but fuckin yolo tren and dnp and fucking over their heart cells with clen like the hpta along with the rest of your endocrine and cardiovascular system is a joke lmao. You're gonna be fine mate. 50mcg is good enough to speed up a cut. The only thing safer to cut with than T3 is a calorie deficit
 
I fucking hate T3 can't have a good pump in the gym no matter what and you look flat as fuck. It's depressing running T3.

Only thing I would again was running 12,5mcg a day to increase protein synthesis

Like I said, it’s fine, your thyroid(if healthy)will return to normal function. I wouldn’t touch it, 100mcg can undo all the work 600mg/week test can do. Too catabolic, would not use. T4 on the other hand(75mcg/day with 4iu/dayGH)

Hmmm I do have hgh on hand so that is an option, just need to find hg t4. I will look into this further, thanks for the info brother ;)

The reason you may have felt shitty on GH is low T4 or your blood glucose out of whack. I’m not telling you that’s the fix, that’s for bloodwork to determine. Get a cheap, blood glucose test kit if you fire up the GH again as well. Shouldn’t feel shitty on GH, most likely a simple tweak, which would be FAR better than using T3, IMO, and that’s not thyroid fear mongering, shit just flattens you out and eats muscle.
 
T4 gets converted into T3, there is no point in taking T4 if you can get T3. If you don't have a thyroid problem you should avoid taking any of it, you'll get such minimal gains.
