I honestly am eating at maintence maybe 200 cals in deficit and using hgh fasted. Its been about 3 weeks eating like that. During these 3 weeks i ran tren, but dropped it now.How long were you on a calorie deficit for? You look better with less fat, nice job.

I just go to work, its constant movement. I pin at 4-5 am and my breakfast is at 8:20.so all at once? Also how long is your cardio?
You can pull way more huh? The extra oxygen your forearm and bicep take just to handle the strain can now go to the real working muscles. I like to alternate deadlift days with straps for heavy and use fat grips on non heavy to still get the arm activation so they don't lag too far. But I don't believe in letting my back not work to its max just cause my arm can keep upFirst time using straps and wow, what a difference for deadlifting
