Yes i was 5iu but dropped to 3 iu because i am running low, i have to budget better spent alot of raws for a while. But set for a bit.

Have 20 days left. Then i will have to get morw in the future once i save some money,

I need money for food.

Pinned tight delt and it didnt effect my training. I am surprised because it was 2.5 iu.

Eating a ton. I am now 238 lbs

Up 8 pounds. A little too fast. So will make sure my macros are ok. I am just eating alot.

Still pretty lean though.

I have been on it for 6-8 months, i could probably use a minute off, i dont feel the need to blast hgh when on this much gear. But when trt/cruising i feel more important.

As soon as this source gets there domestic supply ill be getting some.
 
Holy Crap, litterally stuffing my face with everything possible. I am on my feet all day moving swiftly, which is burning stupid amount of calories. I must be eating 5000+ cals. But hard to gain. I am mostly gaining muscle but kind of recomping moreso.

Been also taking more days off from gym. Trying to do 1-2 days off a week. Thinking i may need more recovery days.

But need to adjust macros better. Eating a shit load.

But this past 3 days ran out of protein powder, tried to get same amount in real food. Not possible. Even if i do, more is always better, with protein. Ordering some tomorrow.

Need to brew more test.
 
I am not sure but i feel i am doing to much volume, and i should go heavier with less volume to grow.

Or should i go to failure with super sets and drop sets?

I am 4 ish weeks into cycle? About i think. Anyone have any insight?


Like today i did

Leg press 5 sets
Squats 3 sets
Leg ext 5 sets
Glute thrusts 3 sets
Leg push back 2 sets
Calves 4 sets
Adductor 3 sets
Abductor 3 sets
Calves 3 sets

The first 5 exercises i increase weight each set until i hit 8 reps with a RPE 7-8

Then last exercises are pump
 
So i am changing what is going on.

I just brewed new test cyp at 200 mg.

For my workouts

I al going to be doing quality over my ocd quantity.
I like to get all my workouts in, but instead i am picking 3-4 and then doing 3-4 sets. The 3rd ill go heavy, and the 4th ill do heavy to a drop set. This is for compound movements.

I will theb superset assecory movements. I will only workout for an hour 10 minutes tops. Except legs ill add 10 more min. I also will be taking an extra rest day.


I will be increasing cals and tracking them.

3-4 exercised per muscle max.

I will do this for 4-6 weeks.


Then change it up
 
I ate 5,500 cals today.

I walk and on feet all day. So burning alot of cals on top of my fast metabolism

I actually took a break recently too after being on for over a year, 5 weeks total, when I started back up I felt like it was more effective tbh

Bike, but will use it on the roads too.

After every off day follows a hard leg day of course. So legs today indeed!

But when i take the dbol my heart rate inscreases like a mofo. So going to not do that, doesnt feel good

What mg dbol? I have 50 mg caps, I pour it into a water mixed with some 0 cal sweetener and sip it throughout the day.
