Time for some size!

So running dbol, my e2 is low. Also i feel ok now with it. Only thing i took off for 3 days, but didnt take care of myself for them. So set back a little.

That said i am pounding food and lifting good.

In a weird way that deload wil probably help. Even though it was an unhealthy horrible unproductive one

Hip Thrusts
Calf Machine
Adductor
Abductor
Calf Machine

Do you calculate what you eat? I put all my meals in a program, this way i am not guessing. Helps a lot because people sometimes eyeball the quantities wrong.

I do, my protein is lackinf since i dont have protein powder until tomorrow.I am easily eating 5000 cals. I have tracked it and eat the same amount of everything.

But i have been super busy and tired.

Will be tracking efficiently after i brew up today, my new batch.
 
Will be making som me chicken and food today, will be doing this every 3 days. As it seems to last just that long. Going to have to start utilizing shakes and blended oats.

As its getting expensive eating the stuff i am now. All the time. I could save some money eating more oats, and instead of cinnamon toast.

Or eggo pancakes, ill just make my own.

+1 for this. I thought I had a pretty good idea of my daily macros until I started tracking. I was way off. I wasn't getting nearly enough calories and was getting more protein than I was estimated (which is a good thing).

I would recommend everyone track their macros for at least a month or so and get a good idea of what 3500 calories actually looks like or what 400 grams of carbs in a day actually look like.
 
So you’re still bulking? Or just starting again? Sorry I haven’t read the last several pages.

What is current weight and BF%? Also height?

Will do for sure. I am pretty dam accurate when i measure. But in this situation those last 200-300 cals you coukd be off make a difference.
 
I brewed up some vials today.

40mL DHB 100
And here is where things got funky.

I thought i had another vial, but i had two half full vials. One for dhb 100 and one deca 300.

So i added my brew of 2 gram test cyp and .35 grams tren e. To these two

So i now have in my stash

1 Test 200
1 Deca 300
3 DHB 100
1 Blend- Deca 150, Test 100, Tren E 17
1 Blend- DHB 50, Test 100, Tren E 17

Which these blends actually add up to perfectly what i would use lol.

Since i pin 1 mL a day. It worked well.

So running now.


700 Test C, 700 DHB, 700 Deca, 120 Tren E

Doing this for four weeks then stopping, just wanted a nice plateu buster. And i am going to eat

400 protein
600 carbs
120 fats
5,080 cals

Will do this for four weeks then re asses.
 
Just made 2 lbs chicken, 3 cups oatmeal, for next days.

Just had 3 tacos like this, picture shows 4 because had those yesterday.

I have a better digestion if i dont eat fats with high carb meals. Feel hungry on 4800 calories in my high carb days.

Yes, i am adding a scoop of oatmeal to every meal, since i need carbs without fats in it. Will be doing this.

I have watched it, great info.

I crushed carbs before my workout today, what a difference
 
Arms today in AM then training with someone PM, will be doing back and chest.

I think i gave myself a hernia, you cant see it. But it feels like that spot. Maybe its super small. But it burns during some motions.

Hoping it will heal. And i will never go heavy again.

Did 465 yesterday deadlifting, as it was the first time i ever used straps
 
I am leaning out eating a stupid amount of food. Its absurd. Will be getting my protein today i hope
