Only raws i have at the moment are letrozol. Which took 3 mg, to combat gyno once. Since it was out. And will take ralox 50 mg for 4 weeks. Gyno is down significantly.

Your workouts seem all over the place. How many total reps and sets did you do say, for back, bis, and rear delts? Was any to or at failure?

I did a ton of reps and sets, as i was feeling good, and just getting down movements which have been semi new since injury.

I dont go to full failure yet, as i am still just getting confidence back from torn pec. I do more reps at the moment and the slow eccentric with less weight. Then ill do a drop set or something when plate loaded.

In 2 weeks about ill be really able to go heavier and make sure to do the amount of working sets and such to maximize hypertrophy.

Soon ill be fine tuning everything, just making sure to be able to fully do each movement safely. And most importantly confidently

And what i usually do is focusing on compound movements first after a warm up. Hitting the major muscle group that day and then start falling into smaller muscle groups or isolated movements to finish the workout.

So for this one i started on rows and lat pulldowns ending with rear delt and shrugs….

Thanks to someone here i totally had a stash of cialis around, as someone said to use for BP, perfect, i split the 20’s into 2.5 mg amounts so will take that everyday, or eod and grab more. It worked well for now. Alot…

Took .25 mg adex along so.
