Great question and thanks for asking. When we first opened we were lenient and said 'future emails without codes would not be responded to.' We have held to that in both orders and people asking for refunds. There were a few exceptions to both where we would email and say email back using codes. We were not out to screw anyone. This is a safety concern that no amount of money is worth, even if it is just a small thing.

We are not mocking any member of this board and we respect those who have taken the initiative to have testing done. We simply wish to see evidence if there are claims of defective gear.

Thats fine guys, I understand people not liking the new source and honestly, I don't blame anyone for being skeptical. That said, tests dont lie and some mass specs should be in shortly. As far as sterility, a fair amount of people have used the gear and no one has had any problems as of yet

As far as deflecting concerns people have, I have not tried to do that at all. We have done what was asked of us to comply with the CoC and I'm not really sure what else we can do for those who don't have confidence in us.

If it were me and I was really skeptical of a new source, I would just wait for some testing and reviews. I understand that no one wants to inject an unkown substance into their body without some idea that it is safe so the best you can do is wait for reviews and results of other customers who have taken the leap!

That is clearly not the case as we supplied all info in the CoC and all info we were asked for before we began accepting orders.

As far as pictures, the lab is obviously not located where I live, nor is it located where we store product.

So between packing, shipping, brewing, etc I cannot make a quick trip to just go get pictures.

If members wanted more detail than what was provided then someone, at least one person, should have come forward with that request.

That is the reason we opened this thread and allowed time to answer questions before we began accepting orders.

We have followed the CoC with what was required. No it was not posted with the first post it was however adressed within the first 48 hours. Yes, that would give time to forge information and there is no way to go back and change that.

We will not be supplying more pictures. The CoC asked for them and we supplied them. We could take pictures every time someone asked and there would always be another person calling photoshop. People will believe what they wish to. There is no one forcing anyone to order and we understand there being skepticism.

As I am sending this there is a member who has tested our products with labmax and is testing through mass-spec now (check under the labmax thread). We ask for you wait on our tests before judging our product. There have been people order and reviews will be up soon. We are still accepting orders of course and appreciate your support.

If there are any personal questions or concerns always feel free to email or pm. If there is a general question this board is the best place for it to be adressed.

Then when the quality problems inevitably came up, he stated that if test results proved they were underdosed he would make it right. Then after the ms showed that his shit was bunk, again he went Mia so that he could buy time to come up with yet anther bullshit stall tactic... Enter fellow cunt with a "PHD" that deemed the test "inconxlusive". SHOCKER!!!

Then In a feeble and insulting attempt to save credibility, he devised some cloak and dagger, jump through hoops method to "make people whole" by sending out the difference in purity?!?! And even in that attempt, he made sure to install a trap door to insure that he would have his "valid" reasons to not take care of the problem and figured he'd selectively send out a few vials in hopes it would keep the dogs at bay, and then cry about how much money he had sent out in product, yet ignoring the much larger sum of profit that is still hiding under his mattress that's still in his dorm room...

To my knowledge everyone received response B or the customer used a modified code that we accepted one time.
Everyone that asked for a refund that supplied all the info we needed on time received a refund if they were eligible. This time frame was set from post number 1, it was one week.
e.g. we accepted someone saying they ordered "var" and needed a refund.

People waited over a month for @Titanlabs to devise this dumbass "plan" for replacements, yet only had a week window to be compensated. Then when they did, let's say they sent in their request on the last day, but didn't "comply" with his lame ass instructions, they were SOL... Bottom line is that colt and a bunch of other members got it right from day one when they called this POS a scammer... Furthermore, how could he say that he didn't fuck up anyone's cycle??? If you think you're running 750mgs and in actuality only running 500, how is that not a problem??? Why would anyone ever run higher doses if they could get the same results running 50mgs less every injection???? And getting the 50mg difference a month later served no purpose, other than for him to ensure more sales so they can use it on another cycle, considering the first one was blown... It's like a dept store giving you $50 credit towards a purchase of $300 or more on your next purchase. They're still guaranteeing themselves a profit and another sale right???

He always stated to take responsibility for the fuck up, but then follows up with a caveat.... No one wants to hear "I'm sorry, but....."

I just brewed 200ml of test cyp. I used 50grams of raw test. The raw tested at 85%. Most labs would claim it is 250 because they used 50 grams. The truth is its 212mg/ml. Unless they test the raw they use, they don't know what they are selling you and this is the result.
Ugl's need to do that every time. Pass the cost on to the consumer, I think most of us would pay $10 more for a vial of properly dosed gear.

When I made my last batch if test c, I added 20% more powder to account for the purity level, which I estimated at 80%. I think all labs should be doing this to make sure customers are getting close to the advertised dosage.

After reviewing the video and Labmax website instructions, I think the results are still somewhat unclear but we have decided to pull mast from our product list until we can contact our manufacturer and further test the product.

As we mentioned earlier, anyone who has purchased it from us has any concerns about possibly receiving e and not p, please email us and we will address them accordingly.

***Again, we want to note that we will be pulling the mast p from our product list until we can confirm compound identity. Just because I know I will get a dozen emails asking about it haha.

We will do everything we can to correct any issues this has caused and will inform once we hear back from our supplier. We are here to provide the best products and services possible guys.

That said, me and my partner had made the decision a few weeks ago to not stock mast anymore once we sold out-or at least not regularly stock it. It has been the slowest mover for us so, from a seller perspective, it doesnt do us much good to have thousands shitting on the shelf and not moving.

I want to address an issue that has come up. You have correctly stated you never have ordered from us.
Obviously there are a lot of people who have.
What is Meso for? Is one of the reasons to allow people to give their input and personal experience on a lab? Small example but people here are on a witch hunt criticizing anyone's opinion who has any good comments to say about our lab. I have had well over a dozen people pm and email me saying great things and they would mention it on the board except for the fact they would be burned and their reputation ruined simply because they had positive feedback of a personal experience. Your creating a board where the only word that matters is a negative one and no other opinion is valid.

We pulled mast p/e because of the testing. Very few people bought it before a labmax was conducted that was hard to read, and in light of that, it was pulled from the shelf.
We could have continued to sell it, but we did not.

Yes we will continue to sell. You have no personal experience with our lab and are basing your assumptions off of the feedback here which will be negative because any positive feedback is considered to come from a shill or rep. That is what this board is becoming.

I believe everyone should have an opinion whether that good or bad, and not be judged on it.

Yes we believe a few tests to be inclonclusive, but in the end that doesn't matter because we always have removed, repriced, or reimbursed despite what we believe because it is the customers opinion that matters.

That's super shitty to hear about your leg, I hate hearing storied like this. I didn't get a replacement because I only ordered 2 vials of Test E (Titan offered free shipping on the next order), but I moved on so cut it as my loss. I was one of the few that really wanted Titan to do well, but I don't like the way things went down at all, especially with @lightspan.
