Noah and all others, a couple people have assumed that titan could be a lab from the past.

I can personally guarantee they are not. Now I am not saying titan is the perfect source or anything of the sort as I have only ordered once from him before he came to meso and it was smooth, but I know for a fact he is not a source from this board from the past.
 
And Bio was backed by Stretch, who up until then was incredibly respected. Again, nothing personal against either of you, but when it comes to money this should be remembered.

Maybe I missed something in the thread, but it seems to have skipped from "we'll do our own testing, labmax for every batch and masspec for most, as well as compensating member testing" to "okay orders are coming in, so now we're not going to be around so much."

Don't take it personal there just questions. I just did my research. and I learned alot and narrow things down to the few that are you and you are correct there personal info there that you would not want out there. (Nothing bad)I do have a suggestion maybe you should change your lab name. There are also other titans out there some good and some bad. Since you and your partner are off to a fresh start. you would not want to get mixed up with other labs.
 
Thanks for sharing that info pumpingiron22. Little tidbits such as that goes a long way in proving that he isn't lying and misleading the board.
 
If I place an order it will be my first time placing it with titan labs, I've placed orders with labs such as steriodsfax, and power pharma, when they first came out I hope titan can last.

We will always do our own testing. However, we want to show customers that testing is important to us and that they dont just have to take our word for it. So we also put incentive out there for those that want to redeem some of the value they put into the test.

That is why we included that in our business practice.

Also, we will always be around. I just wanted to make it clear that now that we are doing business with customers and not just answering questions, we feel we have a duty to customers to give them more attention and time which takes away some availability from the board.

But, as always, if an urgent issue arises you can email us and we will respond within 24 hours (likely much faster than 24 hours).

Not sure exactly what you dug up but, if you found correct info, then you now know why I dont want to share it. And none offense taken :)

We thought about changing the name at one point but seeing as we already have the labels, products, etc we thought it may cause more confusion than it is worth.

I understand the idea. And I hope Mythotik or others will able to get an independent purity measure. But I don't see where you showed proof or results of you doing your own testing - mass spec and labmax - for this batch (the first batch that's already being sold) as you said you would?

Like the others I'm not trying to be a needless dick, you've done a lot so far, but maybe there's just something I'm not getting here

I'd also really like to see some sort of proof that you have implemented quality control measures on the batch you are sending out this weekend...

Wanted to let everyone know, now that we are getting orders, I will not be on here as much. I will be checking in to the forum to respond to posts and PMs once a day or once every two days but we want to primarily focus on customer service and quality care for those that are ordering from us.
