Photos look legit, they could obviously still be photoshopped, but there's a limit as to how many times you can call that. Once I see the mass spec I'll be convinced. I'm really not sure what else I could ask for at this point. This was a good step in the right direction titan, keep it up.

If anything though, I can say that Titan has the best response time/customer service of most labs I have dealt with. Although this simply might be due to his lack of customers.

You keep saying this. I don't know if you're that thick or if this is just a way to sound like everything is better than it is, that this is standard operating procedure and you're a good enough guy to endure it.
Public sources are a dime a dozen, and meso sees them all the time. Good public sources aren't. You'd like everyone to believe you're the latter, but I don't buy it.
You tell everyone we care too much about quality because a guy in reddit brews in his car so we should be grateful. Because "meso has no sources." You slimily start talking shit on Astro who's earned his spot here and then backpeddle worse than a politician when that backfires. When someone first raised questions you instead say "well if I was customer, I would instead worry about this." What kind of fucking answer is that? Every request has been ignored or insulted. Of course, "while you still answer other questions, because guys we're here to stay." Only now after dismissing everybody you think, okay, fuck, maybe I don't own this place and will show more pics. But not what was asked. That attitude doesn't bode well at all. And without fail, each time you write, you make sure to let everyone know once again that "well I thought you guys wanted good sources, and other customers seem happy enough."
I don't care if your product comes back pure as the driven snow, the way you go about things is absolute garbage. This is only the beginning, and many others had much better starts than this before failing. The way you handled things reeks of incompetence and entitlement, where all you had to say was "we will retake the pictures with the autoclave in a few days when we return." How are you going to handle things when legitimate concerns pop up? Are you just going to ignore them and continue to say how good everything is and that the results speak for themselves? I think at the first sign of blood, you'll either continue to try to milk what you can with others or bow out immediately. As has been done time and time again.

The pics were a good start, but stay off this thread until you furnish the pics requested. If you want to be a good business man, stop the comments and produce what is requested. You need to build trust and even if you do furnish the pics, your mouth and attitude has soured many here. I hope you get it together, if not, don't waste our time. Good luck!

Alright everyone I have a 100% the correct info on titan He is a well respected member on another board.I have the info needed if this guy goes west. I Doubt that will happen!
