People will claim that if you keep your estrogen in check prolactin will stay within normal ranges, but I call absolute bullshit on that from years of experience with tren. If I don’t use a dopamine agonist and only an AI, my nipples will hurt.

What other medication do you take? You can trigger prolactin through other loopways.

Controlling estrogen control prolactin. It’s not bro science it is how the body works.

If there is another loopway that is activating the prolactin then that needs r be focused and why prami and or bromo/caber works for you.

Caber is a horrible drug to just take without blood work though to be sure prolactin is infact elevated to a unstable level. CAber grows/thickens the left ventricle

@ShredMN what’s your typical diet/mealplan. And care to share your workouts? Lookin good man.

Yesterday’s low fat, high carb refeed. Currently still cutting. I hate vegetables, fuck you for judging! (I take a good multi to make up for that) Been logging my food intake in the same journal for the past 8 years. I have a huge stack of them somewhere.

I’m in the same boat man, zits on back and middle of chest. Then also my right shoulder only. I don’t remember it being an issue last summer so maybe @ShredMN is right and the tanning helps to dry it out. I’m taking 40 mg of accutane a day and my lips are still always dry so I’m assuming the accutane is still doing its thing.

More than likely deficient in zinc. I would suggest consuming or supplementing more zinc in the diet.

An SSRI that raises prolactin levels, specifically Celexa.

Exactly why I use Prami and not cabergoline!

No I hear you brother! I’m not telling anyone to take my experience as absolute gospel. Only sharing what I’ve experienced throughout the years. But in the flip side, no one has an issue recommending AI or SERM usage, even though they take their toll on your health when used over long periods.

Don’t say no one has an issue..... [emoji51]

Looks like my righting with my smashed ass index finger. I would like to have some of these books! My ole lady tells me to make notes on my phone, but I guess I am old school or something.

I can’t stand using my fitness pal, I’m all about handwritten diet logs! The one I buy is the Bodyminder, you can find it at Barnes & Noble or Amazon.

And my handwriting is trash, shoot me for it. I should’ve been a doctor so I could call out Dr Jim for his bullshit.

LoseIt is what I use. Simple and quick. And I only log when I make changes to my base diet. Offseason it’s the same foods every day with at least 2 cheats a week. Prep it’s the same thing at the same time every day.

The anti depressant like you said is the other factor expressing the loopway to prolactin like you said.

This is why controlling your estrogen does not work for you in controlling prolactin.

The other boards and many will always feel controlling estrogen doesn’t control prolactin, but they forget about other loop ways triggering prolactin and typically it’s another prescription drug causing the issue.
