2-1/2 weeks on longs right now. Yes, I need more sleep and more food. I am trying hard to get to 220 early in this block so I don't have to cut going into comp, because when I start NPP I will gain weight. Shit is magic in my body.
 
You live up north ?

I would suggest to take daily buddy. 10k iu. Especially if you live in the north.

If you live in the south then most can take just in winter months. Depression is another side effect of low vitamin d.

Also I suggest vitamin d3 it is mich better.
Forgot to mention this earlier.

I take anywhere from 5,000iu to 25,000iu a day. Nearly everyone where I live is deficient in Vitamin D.

Would you also suggest 100mg K2 MK7 with the D3? (take D3 with a fat for better absorption). All sorts of research on this I've found - can post a few.
