Nearly everyone in the modern era is vitamin D deficient.
Cuz everyone uses sunscreen trying to avoid cancer... all while using a product known to cause cancer.
Ironic.

Would you also suggest 100mg K2 MK7 with the D3? (take D3 with a fat for better absorption). All sorts of research on this I've found - can post a few.

You live up north ?
I would suggest to take daily buddy. 10k iu. Especially if you live in the north.
If you live in the south then most can take just in winter months. Depression is another side effect of low vitamin d.
Also I suggest vitamin d3 it is mich better.
Forgot to mention this earlier.
No down south. I actually found out I am vitamin D deficient in TN.
CAnt I just get a multivitamin that’s has like 100000000000 of every mineral, this is ridiculous lol
Should of seen all the shit I just swallowed. Animal pack vitamins, their omega 3's too, 10,000iu d3 and 2 coQ10

Much easier to drink. Gives me my greens too. Great label that covers more than just basic vitamins.

That’s perfect! You got a good doc who isn’t afraid to go high dosage.
