Thanks for posting it. I quickly cut and pasted that to my notepad so I have it for future. I don’t have a liquid core so I might adjust the dosages but they’re actually pretty reasonable.
Np. Dosages aren’t important. Neither are the compounds. The concept of adding or upped periodically is and I prefer synergy over just more of x or y.
 
As high as humanly possible before i puke or die. I’ll ramp them at probably 50-75g every two weeks as my metabolism allows. I was at 500p/850c/120f last offseason.

I’d probably be starting from 450/200/100 after prep. So that would leave me at 950g by end of cycle if it’s linear.

I don’t want it to be that much, but if that’s what it takes.

Sounds good. I’m 300/300/35 now. Gonna ramp up carbs as high as possible as well, was pushing over 600 a couple months ago before coming back down. Gonna try to keep fats under 100 and protein the same at 300. Plan to run TC/TPP/NPP/ME/EQ for as long as I can, hopefully 20+[emoji1605][emoji1605][emoji1605]

How much do you weigh? I prefer higher protein for guys truly driving for mass.
 
I say 1.5-2x. 350-400. I was never on that bandwagon, did one offseason, I’ll never go back to under 1.5-2x.

As long as needed to see clean bloods and enjoy myself.

I usually run 2x but really want to push carbs as high as possible this time. Pushing the high protein + high carbs was hard on digestion

Test - 750 - 3cc
Deca or NPP - 500 - 2cc/3.4cc
DHB - 350 - 3.5cc
Tren - 350 - 3.5cc

13.5cc, let’s call it 15.

EOD makes it 3.5 pins a week. 4.3cc EOD but only for the last 6 weeks.
 
Buy yourself a bottle of alcohol at walgreen and add to the wipe... don’t jeopardize your health.

Infection in the blood is worse case scenario... best case is an abscess that has to be lanced...

And of course everything in between with losing a limb, not being able to go to gym for a long period... alcohol is cheap... buy some[emoji51]
Oh I have the alcohol... I just thought these wipes were doing the job.. not the bone dry ones obv... But the ones in between. What kind of assholes send u half dried alcohol wipes anyway
 
What have you been injecting? Dhb? Test or what?

It sounds like you have an access. Could be a sterile abscess, which can happen with too frequent of injections.
Test, tren... That's what went into shoulder. I also inject EQ but that goes into the glute or quad since I inject over 2.5ml
 
@eje1990 the one shitty part is short esters significantly limits the possible compounds. Might end up oral and tren heavy.

Enjoying showing people you don’t need a gram of tren to get huge.
 
@Mac11wildcat you do any cardio I. the off season? I usually cut cardio off completely but was going to just taper it off to maybe 20min/day to start and see what difference/impacts are. Hoping to push calories higher by this approach.
