Ideally...yes. But I frequently work OT, have a 16mo old, own home, etc. so sometimes it goes out the window. I’d like to keep 15mins 3-5x a week of walking in next offseason.@Mac11wildcat you do any cardio I. the off season? I usually cut cardio off completely but was going to just taper it off to maybe 20min/day to start and see what difference/impacts are. Hoping to push calories higher by this approach.
