There really isn't. A while back someone was emailing sources for free gear and claiming to be this member or that member.
The source named the names he was given and it turned into a shit show of (temporary) mistrust between members.
i wouldn't be surprised if it happens again. If it does and they provide their Meso handle, i would take it all with a grain of salt, while at the same time telling them to fuck off and pay for their gear like everyone else.

Maybe that's his approach. Ever see a new source pop up and they've got a retardedly massive menu? every drug every brand ever? And you just know it's a scam. Maybe this is reverse psychology... no one would suspect a scammer to do a shitty menu.
