Let's talk trash for a moment, and by trash I mean medical waste.

What do you guys do with your used syringes and other medical trash?

What about homebrewers and sources? What do you do with your trash?


How can I dispose of my trash/medical waste with security in mind?


For years I've been dumping my medical waste in a strip malls dumpster but recently they installed security cameras. Now I have 4 bags and nothing to do with them

It's too much plastic to burn. It'll cause dense back smoke and I'm sure someone will call the FD
 
if youre in the US, it depends on your state.
each state will have regulations put in place for safe handling of used sharps.

my state offers two options:

1) secure in a hard plastic container or labeled sharps bin, and turn in to a hospital
2) secure in a sharps bin or hard plastic container (the state website actually gives laundry detergent bottles as an example) and secure the lid with duct tape or similar and to write "Used sharps, do not recycle" on it clearly and throw it out with regular trash.

if you try to do #1 the hospital staff will look at you like you have 3 heads and will turn you away, ask me how i know.

so i just follow #2.
I put all my sharps in protein tubs, and when they get full i duct tape the lid on secure and write do not recycle and toss it with regular trash

I do the same. Protien tubs or laundry detergent containers. Duct tape the lid on.

Yes to the protien tube or hard plastic containers. Shit gets incinerated or sent to a landfill anyway. But my local pharmacy in my hospital has 2 bins, i for sharps and 1 for old medications. And its unanimous and discreet.

I wouldent walk in with 4 trash bags though lol.

I'll just laugh and not down vote again, because I really hate doing that, I myself had said some stupid stuff in the last I regret. I'm no better but I live an learn.

I said less fat, not no fat. Chicken breast and eggs or peanut butter or cocoa or whatever you usually eat for carbs or protein sources should be more than enough fat.

And yeah plenty of studies say less protein is needed on a cut, contrary to broscience.

Science also says you only need .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
 
And .8lbs of protein is all you need. Science is great.
That is for an un-enhanced normal civilian just trying to live and exercise. Not someone enhanced on 400 plus mg of test trying to get sizable. I would say someone 200 plus pounds cycling and gaining muscle is eating more like 1.4-2 grams per pound. Not only eating only .9 grams of protein per bodyweight. I dont think that is the case. To completely maximize muscle growth

All indications I've read that people on steroids actually utilize protein more efficiently and the argument could be made they need less, not more protein.

I've been eating 1g/lb lean body mass, so about 0.9g/lb, but hey if going higher would increase my gains I'd love to do so...

1 lb of lean body mass or total weight? As that is even less than total weight.

Will have to agree to disagree here. As i cannot see that being enough

My textbook says .9 grams per lb, from schooling back when i took exercise science, but some people here have said 2 grams, and going based off there size, they are huge, and then some say 1.5 grams, but this is all per pound of body weight…

A quick google says its actually per kiligram. Which is even less!! But also some sources say much more. Dammit!!!

TRUST me if i knew for a fact the .9 grams per pound of total body weight would yeild the same growth as 2 pounds I would GLADLY eat less. I hate eating.
