Tren Cycle, first timer here... whoop whoop!!

Hello all, I've decided to log my cycle here for future reference as well as your enjoyment..;)

First a little background on where I'm at and how I got here for anyone who gives a shit... I'm currently 28 years old and 5'8". I lifted from the time I was 14 years old until I was around 23. I started cycling in my early 20's then I fell off because I was working and partying my ass off and wound up having to take a forced vacation for a year. I learned the errors of my ways and have gotten back on the right track thanks to the Big Guy upstairs and my wonderful wife who stuck with me through it all.

Anyway, I started working out again in November of last year, I was 165-170lbs.:(
Took a few months to get back into the swing of it but by March I was getting back on track, I got up to 200lbs naturally (muscle memory?). I joined this site which I had been reading for a while before and in May started a bulking cycle after I cut down to 190lbs. Dbol and test got me to 222.5lbs when it was all said and done at the end of July but I put on a little more fat than I would have liked eating over 5000 calories a day of anything and everything.

I kept pretty much all gains through PCT at the end of August which I greatly attribute to the Riptropin I was running at 5iu/day. I started dieting at the beginning off September which I'll get into more a little later when I get a few minutes.. :)

Ok, so on September 1st I started the keto diet and cardio at 30min/day, 6 days a week.. Freaking hell for the first 10 days. The only time I've had carbs in the past 6 weeks was last month when I was in NYC, I ate 2 hot dogs and 2 slices of pizza for lunch one day. I've gone from 222lbs to 206lbs in the past 6 weeks and I currently sit at 12-13%BF. I've lost about a half inch on my arms in the process (from 18.5" to a tad over 18" cold) but strength has stayed up. Keto works and once you get past the beginning you feel great!!

I'm going to end Keto Saturday night and add fruits, whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc back into my diet for this cycle. I will be eating pretty clean this cycle but I'll definitely be eating enough to grow. Football Sundays may be cheat days, we'll see.. Maybe not, I don't miss shitty food that much.

I initially planned on starting this cycle Oct 1st but due to a bunch of different factors I won't be doing my first pin until Sunday and I can't friggin' wait!! I'm so pumped to get back on, I know I'm just gonna crush it!! I hope to get to a solid 230lbs while dropping down to 10% BF with this cycle, maybe a little lofty but I like my chances..

I'll post my cycle outline in a bit...
 
Ballz, It sounds like you got your shit in order man. Did you get all pissy while going keto? I want to try it but I am afraid of blowing a fuse with no carbs.

For the first 10 days yea, I was extremely agitated, felt sick, and had no energy. But again after the initial torture you feel great and it's so worth it. Better than fucking around with DNP although I still toy with the idea...

Ok...I may give it a go but if it is too rough I will pull out.
 
Next time I do it I'm going to try and gradually cut carbs over a few weeks to see if that makes a difference.

Ok now this may make it easier. Im going to try this. I have a couple of business trips over the next few weeks so I will try this after those meetings. I don't want to be an asshole while having these meetings. [:o)]
 
You should have good luck with keto if you can stick to it, the hardest part is during traveling or work trips. The key is to find out how many carbs your body can take and still stay in ketosis. I found out if I ate under 80g of carbs per day I'd stay ketogenic, and I had much better luck with very low carb than when I did no-carb for a few months. I don't know if you can still get them at GNC but I bought some of those sticks you pee on to test for ketosis, it's very handy to tell how long your body takes to go in keto mode, and how many carbs before it kicks out of it.

Cycle as of this moment:

Weeks 1-4- Test P 280mg/week, Tren A 350mg/week, .5mg adex ED, 20mg Nolva ED (still trying to shrink some gyno)

Weeks 5-8- Test P 350mg/week, Tren A 420mg/week (may go up depending on sides) 50mg Avavar ED (week 8 60mg ED), .5mg adex ED, 20mg Nolva ED

Weeks 9-10- Test P 350mg/week, .5mg adex, 20mg Nolva

Weeks 11-14- Typical Nolva/Clomid PCT although I'm still researching Torem and may do that instead, we'll see.. :cool:

I'm currently running Serostim GH (thanks Stretch!!:)) at 4iu/day, 5 days a week. I'm trying to stretch it until my Riptropin come in then I'll go back to 5iu/day 7 days a week. I've been on GH since August.

I will be starting this cycle with bioLogic test and tren as well as bio var. GE-TM approached me a while ago to do a review on their products but I've yet to receive it so I'll switch to GE-TM whenever it arrives. Also I don't have the Test Prop yet so I'll be starting out with a couple shots of bio sust unless my bio prop comes in the mail tomorrow.:D

I have Prami on hand but I haven't really looked into it too much yet.:o Not sure if I'm supposed to start it right away or wait until I need it, but I don't know what to look out for so I've got some reading to do..

Ok, so what do you all think? Opinions?? Suggestions? Don't be shy!!

Curious bro. Why wont you run the var for 5 weeks all the way to week 10? I would if I were you.

Hmm.. I could run it weeks 5-9 for 5 weeks but I'd have to get more. I only bought 150 tabs. I'll think about that though, thanks King!! :)

As far as I can see you are going to be a beast man!!!! I am fucking jealous as shit man!! They cycle looks good bro.

Can you tell any difference from the sero and the rips?
 
I'm glad you are posting this. I'm definitely in and can't wait to see how this goes. Especially since I know you know what you are doing. Thank you for doing this. Ok, I'll stop giving you a reach around now...
 
I'll be following as well!

My 2 cents on the prami... I started taking it to help me fall asleep at night from trensomnia. It'll make you feel nauseous and shit, I hated it.

Good luck on your cycle can't wait for before and after pics.
