2 first thing when I wake up sub q (belly area) and 2 in the gym bathroom right after I finish my workout. I do that shot in whatever muscle I hit that day.
Yeah, i do 2IUs first thing in the AM and again in the evening pre workout. I don't believe that using it before bed is the best option since you naturally release GH while sleeping. By sticking with this time frame I get 3 doses of GH, 2 injected and one naturally. I shot subQ in my back fat to help reduce it and it is working.

You going to give your liver a couple weeks off between orals? I know the toxicity of var mild compared to others but you might want to get liver functionality tested before you start winny just to be safe.
I took 30mg var at around 8:15am and shot 50mg tren a. I've also done 4iu serostim today. I'll take another 20mg var around 4 or 5pm.
I had a great shoulder/trap workout followed by 30min on the treadmill at 3.5 pace and 15 incline. Way too many dipshits and dingleberries in the gym today[}], what the fuck!?! Does everyone have Columbus day off? My daughter still had school !!
I'm also eating like a champ and loving it, I hope to put on some quick lbs by the end of this week. Feeling good...

My gym is almost exclusively 160lbs noobz. There is one other guy in there that cycles and lifts properly and we have never said a word to each other.
