Tren Cycle, first timer here... whoop whoop!!

My 2 cents on the prami... I started taking it to help me fall asleep at night from trensomnia. It'll make you feel nauseous and shit, I hated it.

Good luck on your cycle can't wait for before and after pics.

Thanks.. How much were you taking?? I was thinking the same thing, that it might help me sleep but I can't stand nausea!!
 
Started off around 0.25ml then bumped to .5ml (I used cem-mesos). I should of researched it more,first time I took it preworkout because I heard it increases GH levels. Turns out I almost threw up and was yawning non-stop. God I'm an idiot :/

Wow! Ok. Well I was going to stock up on some prop, var and some mast but I think I may hold off on that for a while and stack my paper for a nice massive gh run.

Small amount of nausea at .25mg, .5ml and I had the spins laying in bed. Could just be me tho. Did I mention it's worth it? Lol
 
2 first thing when I wake up sub q (belly area) and 2 in the gym bathroom right after I finish my workout. I do that shot in whatever muscle I hit that day.

What time do you work out? Is there a rhyme or reason to do it right after a workout and IM vs Subq at that time?

Short answer no.. Just some shit I made up..

I wake up at 7am and I workout at various times man, it really depends on my work schedule but if I don't have a lot going on I like to go at 11am (quietest time).

I've read a lot of guys do it first thing in AM and right after a workout, so I copied that. The reason I do sub q in the morning is supposedly GH may burn fat at the injection site. I do IM to get GH in the muscle I just hit, I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not. IM and sub q are the two main ways to inject it so I made my protocol include both.

I'm not gonna do IV... Yet... I haven't researched it enough.

Went to the grocery store to get some stuff for next week today. I'm so stoked to start adding muscle again!! Gonna keep carbs clean with oats, whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat bagels, and fruits.

What? That one package. Shit bro, I eat that much beef (I almost said meat[:o)]) in a day. But seriously, keep at the good eating as it helps a lot. Just get more beef!!!

This was just what I picked up today guys, it's not my whole diet!! [:o)] Chicken's in the freezer PB. ;)

Maybe I'll do an outline if my diet if anyone gives a shit.. We'll see, getting a headache just thinking of typing all that out..

Nice cabinets man! Is that a wine/beer cooler? If so, you need to fill that puppy up man! :D
