Tren Cycle, first timer here... whoop whoop!!

I feel your pain. I got my "training wheels" lifting in a pretty hardcore gym. Now I'm at a pretty corporate place with boot camps running around doing bullshit, and everything else. It's not on the Planet Fitness level of stupid, but it ain't great either.

People stare at me all the time. One of the trainers told me I'm so strong it's scary. I told him he needs to get out of this gym and find out what strong is because I'm really pretty weak. Guys in a real gym like my old spot would say I'm respectable, but definitely not strong.

There's a couple younger guys in there who look pretty good, but I just keep my headphones in, head down, and do my thing. When I was on the var a few months ago, I was wearing a long sleeve shirt in the middle of the summer because people were looking at me like I was A-Rod coming out of Biogenesis when I would get a var pump going.

This is *exactly* why my gym is in my garage :D No dumb kids, no gym bunnies , no bullshit.
 
Hit legs today and man it felt good!!:D Also did some ab work and 30min cardio..

In addition to what my protocol has been the past few days I also pinned 200mg bio sust. I should have my test p by the end of the week and I can't wait!! Love short esters..

Ok so something weird just happened!! I stepped on the scale and weighed 216lbs!! :eek: Sunday I was 206 at this time during the day and I was 202.5lbs Sunday morning. My guess is maybe coming off keto and eating carbs again since Sunday replenished my glycogen stores??:confused: I definitely look much fuller which is why I decided to weigh myself.. Just seems like alot!! Does anyone else have any experience with this??

Ballz, I have never done keto but I know boxers lose a ton of weight for weigh in before the fight and the night of the fight some put on anywhere from 10-15lbs. So I would think that it is possible. But I bet you feel good and probably look better too.

Yea but I always thought they had some tricks to fuck with their water weight.. Who knows..

I felt great on the diet after the initial 10 day shock but yea you're right I do look better. I was flat as fuck in the diet.

Also I just measured and arms back to slightly over 18.5". Pretty cool seeing such a drastic change in only a few days...

Thats great! I am going to TRY keto after my meetings in Atlanta next week. Was it difficult the first 10 days? How long did you stay in ketosis?

I got keto sticks about a week into it and I was in ketosis then I dropped the whole tube of sticks in the toilet and didn't bother to get more. So I'd say I was in ketosis for 5 of the 6 weeks. Well minus that pizza/hotdog cheat meal !! [:o)]

It was difficult, I felt really tired, agitated, and just plain sick.. Like I said though after that I felt great.
 
Johnny I've cut 16-22 pounds of water a few days before a grappling tournament. No trick just the sauna lol. But my my weight fluctuates about 5-8 pounds a day depending on what I eat/drink. You could just have a lot of sodium in a meal and holding some water.

Keep the log going man!!
 
Well well well... What a day so far.. Had a really good back workout but cardio sucked donkey dick.. I had to stop for 10-20 seconds several times due to debilitating shin splints!! Goodness, the only thing that kept me going is the fat round ass of the gym bunny that suspiciously chose the treadmill in front of me. :drooling:
Heart rate was way up as well.

Getting sick of eating already. I've been killing it in the kitchen so far, just need to keep forcing it down..

Just weighed myself, 218.5lbs.. Craziness.. At this rate I'll be at 230 by the end of next week!! [:o)][:o)]
 
Hello all, I've decided to log my cycle here for future reference as well as your enjoyment..;)

First a little background on where I'm at and how I got here for anyone who gives a shit... I'm currently 28 years old and 5'8". I lifted from the time I was 14 years old until I was around 23. I started cycling in my early 20's then I fell off because I was working and partying my ass off and wound up having to take a forced vacation for a year. I learned the errors of my ways and have gotten back on the right track thanks to the Big Guy upstairs and my wonderful wife who stuck with me through it all.

Anyway, I started working out again in November of last year, I was 165-170lbs.:(
Took a few months to get back into the swing of it but by March I was getting back on track, I got up to 200lbs naturally (muscle memory?). I joined this site which I had been reading for a while before and in May started a bulking cycle after I cut down to 190lbs. Dbol and test got me to 222.5lbs when it was all said and done at the end of July but I put on a little more fat than I would have liked eating over 5000 calories a day of anything and everything.

I kept pretty much all gains through PCT at the end of August which I greatly attribute to the Riptropin I was running at 5iu/day. I started dieting at the beginning off September which I'll get into more a little later when I get a few minutes.. :)

Did you run the Rip all the way through the cycle and PCT?
 
Well, now that you all have a little bit of the back story lets get to it..

Starting stats:

5'8", 206lbs, 12-13%BF(closer to 12) arms- 18.125"(<<<right arm, left is about 18") 34" waist, I'll do other measurements Saturday.

Cycle as of this moment:

Weeks 1-4- Test P 280mg/week, Tren A 350mg/week, .5mg adex ED, 20mg Nolva ED (still trying to shrink some gyno)

Weeks 5-8- Test P 350mg/week, Tren A 420mg/week (may go up depending on sides) 50mg Avavar ED (week 8 60mg ED), .5mg adex ED, 20mg Nolva ED

Weeks 9-10- Test P 350mg/week, .5mg adex, 20mg Nolva

Weeks 11-14- Typical Nolva/Clomid PCT although I'm still researching Torem and may do that instead, we'll see.. :cool:

I'm currently running Serostim GH (thanks Stretch!!:)) at 4iu/day, 5 days a week. I'm trying to stretch it until my Riptropin come in then I'll go back to 5iu/day 7 days a week. I've been on GH since August.

I will be starting this cycle with bioLogic test and tren as well as bio var. GE-TM approached me a while ago to do a review on their products but I've yet to receive it so I'll switch to GE-TM whenever it arrives. Also I don't have the Test Prop yet so I'll be starting out with a couple shots of bio sust unless my bio prop comes in the mail tomorrow.:D

I have Prami on hand but I haven't really looked into it too much yet.:o Not sure if I'm supposed to start it right away or wait until I need it, but I don't know what to look out for so I've got some reading to do..

Ok, so what do you all think? Opinions?? Suggestions? Don't be shy!!

Looks good, I wanna see these pics.. So your doing GH this cycle as well as last ? Did you take a break from the GH?. I'm not sure If i will ever add GH to one of my cycles..

Hit arms today followed by 30min or cardio, I handled the shin splints a little better today.. I feel so freaking sluggish, all day really except for when I was in the gym. So stinkin' tired.. [|)] I drank 2 5-hour energy shots 45 minutes ago and nothing..

My appetite seems to have gone down, having trouble putting all the food away but still getting it in.

I ran out of GH today so hopefully my rips come in early next week.. :D

How did you feel about the Sero's? I honestly like the Rips better, and I realize exactly how crazy that sounds.

Yes, I definitely prefer the rips!! It is crazy, we're talking pharm grade to generic here!!

I just hope the quality stays up with the rips.. :)
