I would like to see a video on that 315 for ten reps.

We got a kid at our gym he hits a max of 425.
At age 22yrs.205lbs.I dont know how to say it thats fkn strong.

Yea, there's this Japanese kid in my gym that I've seen push 425 for 2 reps flat bench. He weighs 170lbs and doesn't take anything!! I swear the kid is possessed by a Samurai warrior, he's got these crazy eyes.. I'm not one to be intimidated normally but this guy scares the shit out of me!! [:o)] Its ridiculous how naturally strong some guys are..

There's a couple old school power lifters at my gym, I watched him hit 14 plats on flat 1 rep, still hella strong...
 
Damn, had to break out the calculator for that.. 675, that's insane.. I can't even imagine being that strong..

Lol it was pretty cool I actually stop to watch in between my sets, that's pretty good for a old power lifter, well he isn't that old you can tell he is pushing close to 50, but still strong as hell, the other guy is string as hell to he only got 12 plus two 25 plates, but that's still a good amount as well too..

Hahaha that's what I was thinking... I think they might of had some cheque, or maybe m1t running through them, they were amped up, I seen it in the there eyes... Lol

The last time that I saw anyone really lift some serious weight was way back in 1973, a Power-lifter in the Masters Class, did a 575 lb Bench Press (world record then was 605 lb(Raw no Bench-Shirt)(hadn't been invented yet), and I saw this guy do 885 Squat (all the way down). I don't remember what he Dead-lifted. This guy was bending the Bars and the Pins on the Power-Rack. I used to work-out with him sometimes (same Power-lifting club), he was absolutely awe inspiring. His claim to fame was a six-pack of beer, he liked to drink, didn't do even Vitamins. Size of a small house, 6'6'' tall and about 275 lbs. The day he was in the Bench Meet, the next closest lift that day was 405 lbs, and the guy missed. This guys 1st lift was 525 lbs, 2nd was the 575, and didn't even go for the 3rd, was pointless..............................JP

Dam it has defiantly changed sense then, he didn't put on his bench shirt till after he lifted 10 plates, the 12 plate rep and 14 plate rep he had a bench shirt on, the other guy didn't have no bench shirt and he his max was 12 plates... but dam it was cool seeing and it being in my small town gym... The guy who maxed with 14 is pretty dam tall, the other guy might be 5"8...
 
Well I don't know what happened but I'm 224lbs.. :confused: I've upped cardio a little and I'm noticeably leaner but I know all 7 pounds wasn't fat..

Tomorrow will be my last mast p shot and halo dose.. I'll stay on the test prop for another week to finish the vial and I'll be off.

Started t4 a few days ago at 100mcg/day and haven't noticed the lethargy going down yet.. Does it take some time to kick in Gunz?

Well I don't know what happened but I'm 224lbs.. :confused: I've upped cardio a little and I'm noticeably leaner but I know all 7 pounds wasn't fat..

Tomorrow will be my last mast p shot and halo dose.. I'll stay on the test prop for another week to finish the vial and I'll be off.

The Halo will dry you out so it could be water weight. That is why it used the last week or two precontest. You should have a nice cut appearance. If you upped your AI or Tamo that will also dry you out.

The T4 has about a 6 day half life so it does take at least that long to build up in the system. If you have T3 you could take both T4 & T3 the first week, if no T3 then wait until the T4 builds up.

Back when tren was just starting to make some waves i used it and they didn't have carbo or shit like that and you couldn't bust a nut to save your life.

I wouldn't sweat the number on the scale too much man. On your frame, 224 still looks huge I bet. I personally have never been able to tell that I was taking t4. It never seemed to elevate my metabolism either. I have read about the link between hgh and t4-t3 conversion though and it seems plausible. By the way, what did you think of Halo? It's one of the few bb drugs I have yet to try.

I really like the halo, I've only been taking it for 2 weeks and I've noticed nice strength increases all around..

As far as the t4, that's why I'm taking it. I've been on GH for a while now and I just can't take the lethargy anymore! It's gotten pretty bad the past few months so I hope this helps.
