Back day! Well didnt feel like waiting for a rack again today so jusy skipped deads. Decided to do a deload now. Been going real heavy and bicep tendon is kinda acting up. Went for 12-15

Oh and this made me feel good.....there must be a comp. Coming up soon becuase all these big guys are just showing up out of no were. One came up and asked if i was competing! ! I laughed and said i wish! Not this fat anyways
 
Gotta listen to your training instincts. If you need a deload do it! Just dont give in all the time cuz it can eventually be a crutch for laziness.
 
Ya your right for sure. Ill just deload for one week and back to my heavy 10-12. Then every 3 weeks i go for my heavy week. Jus lt on compounds though

Yesterday was arm day. Eating is getring pretty tough as the cycle goes. Therr will be some eq in my next tren cycle for sure. Pinning is a no brainer now not difficult and just normal really. This was my arm workout it is a little differnt just mixed up and my body is catching up from thr week. Im fuckin sore today , bac,k arms shoulders are feeling it.

Was a great workout and had great pump. I started taking in more vitamin c and e. Has helped greatly with my tendon problems. Never would have thought but im feeling prettt good ( besides sore as shit). Did some research and thats what came up for natural remedies. Lots of oranges and any kind of assorted nuts
 
Try to make yourself excited about eating. We all love to workout its easy to get worked up and go in and give it your all. The truth is food is where we grow. So be as passionate about eating as you are lifting. Keep the intake up and in time your body will just accept it as normal. Now go eat some thing;)
 
I also supplement vitamin C thru out the day. I find at least with me intense exercise has a long history of making me sick. Usually a steady regimen of C keeps it at bay. If things get really bad I start drinking a packet of emergen C a day. This last tip was from OGH
 
Ya you are right about food and i know this. When my diet suffers it shows......so i just choke the shit down. Its hard but tren really makes it harder. I can see how cutting with tren would be awesome. I could get shredded with tren. Im still bulking and im using for strength and size. The foods the bassis though for all that.

You can get a box of ten packets for like $6 at wallys. I use it post workout. You really notice a difference in energy and vitality even after a hard workout. I swear by it now. Especially when work has me run down and shit. It mixes with about 6 ounces water and stirs right in. Better for you than a monster drink too

2 cups yogurt and cup cottage cheese

2 turkey and peperjack subs

2 more cups of cottage cheese right now

Thanks trucker i have turned my focus to love all my food even if i fuckin hate it. I am very passionate about what i do. Just apply it more as its what i love not what i hate. The mind is very powerful an perception is key to alot in life. Going to hit legs ttommorow

Super noobie here, but why do you say you can cut with tren? Im 6`5 250lbs approximately 20-22% body fat...I was thinking about using your same cycle to get shredded.

Awesome log, so far favorite one out of the many I subbed to. Looking wide as hell too dude.

You can deffinatly cut with tren but the deal is diet. Your right at the benchmark for BF and tren or aas period. It works way better if you have lower bf. Diet is always key on any cycle. Thanx alot by the way too! Ive worked my ass off and am very pleased so fr with ny results. Im almost at goal to. Strenght wise im past my set goals. Size wise im 3 pounds shy. If u do run this same cycle i would start out with 50mg ed of tren and test. Thats if there short esters anyways. Your a pretty big guy from the sounds of it and tren is a amazing compound but diet and training must be on point to get the most out of it.
