@TripleBSolutions It's actually kind of understandable, but it would benefit you much more to find a "happy medium" as has been suggested, and deal with this with a "customer is always right" kind of attitude. Even if it was a scam(which I personally doubt), with the realization of taking a picture of the order, you have found a way to fix a weakness in your process and it can never happen again. You then move forward looking like a pro, instead of looking like a defensive teen who can't admit that he might have missed something..

I've had a source not put something in an order before. They handled it with class. I'm considering my self lucky now. I'd have been pissed if they pretty much said it was my word against theirs, and no way they could have left it out

I can only speak from experience with labs up here but none of them would make a big deal over a sachet or two of var. Unless you're poor as fuck and running razor margins trips I wouldn't even have let this hit the forums unless he tried twice. The big boys up here just reship immediately or if you want you can grab it on the next order. But most fix it and pay for shipping.
