Triple B Solutions

Don’t even get me started on my ketamine days.

Random couches, lawn chairs, strange hotel rooms… you name it, I woke up in it.
Strange hotel rooms with a woman maybe?

One time after a weed and booze bender when I was a young man I slept on a park bench in NYC (how did I get there?)...

This is the fuckin truth man. Like I haven't ran tren in a few years for this reason. Sort of like when I used to drop some good blotter acid. Lol. My mental and emotional state has to be good for a period of time before I do it.

I was about to start some test, Tren, mast but I'm gonna hold off as one of my best friends was found dead yesterday and my business partner is driving me fucking nuts. I'm just on test and npp right now and feel amped like I'm on Tren. So it's best to wait. Feelz mean fuck all.

How's the NPP treating you? I'm about to stack that with Tren my next cycle.

Ran NPP for the first time for about 8 weeks, just dropped it out last week.
Ran 300mg/week (100mg EOD) alongside 600 test E. Tbh I didn't feel a difference all 8 weeks I was on it except for less joint pain, and don't feel a difference now for the week I've been off. Noticed more hair shedding though. I know feelz mean nothing, but just an observation from me.

It's not trips to clarify. It's my brew. But I fuckin love NPP. Shoulders get BIG and ROUND everytime I run it. Makes me almost as hungry as EQ. Joints feel awesome. I always run it at least 600mg, but that's me. It does bump my RBC and Hematocrit up a little. But not near as much as EQ.

Yeah that's good for some joint relief. But like I said 600mg is good for me to see some results

Are you currently losing weight? Or going with a low-carb diet? That would explain your elevated triglycerides.

Most of your other markers look pretty decent.

The E2 is slightly higher than where you want to be which is also contributing to the slightly elevated prolactin. If you’re on an AI you’ll want to raise the dose, if you’re not on an AI, get on one. And please do pharmaceutical arimidex (Astra Zeneca) or aromasin (Pfizer). One less hassle to control.
trigs typically decline on low carb diets

Bro I’ve ran anavar and GH and my lipids weren’t that high. You’re deff not taking any orals? No more red meat for you. Eat grass.

Yeah both HDL and LDL are out of wack and his triglyceride levels are high as well.

@trl01 . Diet will help some with the cholesterol but it's mostly hereditary. For the triglycerides try to eat more omega 3's and take fish oil, 3 grams of EPA, DHA daily.

Does heart disease run in your family? Go to the doctor and get a calcium score. It can reveal if you have plaque building on your arteries. If so, you need to be taking a statin.

Heart disease is the #1 killer and is totally reversible if caught early yet doctors don't normally screen for it until its too late.
I forgot to say that i was taking cialis preworkout 3 times a week.

Will a regular multivitamin help @cochino or it has been specific things in high doses.

my mom has pre diabetes
my dad has high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

But, they just got the diagnosed now that they are 60 years old.

Im going to eat salads once a day with dinner and see if it helps and ill take a multivitamin.

Im going to run labs in 2 weeks to see where i am i am & also i want to know where trip test E puts me at.

Eh not necessarily. If you're getting your carbs from sugar and refined processed food, then yes. Whole grains and fruit help lower your triglycerides. Ice Cream and bread, not so much.
Wat O_o

See studies on carbs at <30% of calories. Trigs go down. Otherwise effects of weight loss prevail (regardless of diet composition)

What those studies more than likely didn't show is what kind of carbs. I knew this was coming ah the carbs are bad crowd. Guess what? So is Keto if you load it with saturated fat , but they aren't going to show you those studies are they?
Bottom line is sugars and saturated fats are bad for you in high amounts.

Sugars like fruit have fiber attached to them. No matter what kind of diet you run, fiber is really the key.

At the end of the day, if you're eating 30 grams of fiber and staying within your calorie range you will be healthy and Dr.Cochino guarantees it. You won't stay within your calorie range if you're eating excessive amounts of butter, sausage big macs(think high fat here) or M&M's, potato chips, white breads etc in general. (Carbs).

So much wrong here but I think you want to go in the right direction.

Okay mom and dad have blood sugar, high blood pressure and cholesterol problems. They're in their 60's and that is pretty normal I guess so I wouldn't commit suicide just yet.

I don't know how old you are but I'm assuming 25 or so. You're pretty much bulletproof, but keep an eye out on the cholesterol. In 10 years get a calcium score.

Bro seriously that diet sucks lol. One salad a day? Look man growing up I had it pretty good. My father was a farmer like me, but in that day we grew a lot of vegetables and even then we planted a garden. We ate vegetables of the day and season most year round and my mother canned anything that would go to waste. Meat was from a steer we butchered, yard chickens, hogs and fresh fish.

Mom fried shit in rendered hog lard ffs and I still do today. There was no imitation butter in the house. We drank milk from the cow or goats.

I'm not gloating, but at almost 60, I don't take medication or wear glasses. I've lost 5% vision in my right eye due to cataracts. Thats probably from the sun.

So what I'm trying to say is eat a little bit of everything and not just a salad once a day. Fresh fruits and even frozen and canned vegetables. Eat a variety.

As far as protein meats you like, fish and dairy if you're not lactose intolerant. Don't worry about the organic shit unless you like giving your money away.

Meats and milk are inspected for any residual drugs before they are declared safe for human consumption.

Thank you for your knowledge @cochino
Yeah my parents stuff is from age.
Being born & raised in south america is a huge disadvantage since over there the worry is going home with something in your stomach not if what you are eating is good or not. I don't remember ever drinking water but soda & juices. I just started learning all of this taking care of yourself 8 months ago when i was diagnosed with hypogonadism. Before i was super thin. with trt i gained like 40 pounds some water, some fat & some muscle since i started working out. Im 6'0 220lb. Im looking to lean down to 190 by next year June thats my goal. I dont eat much vegetables or fruits. Much of what i eat is white rice, meat or chicken and lentils or more carbs.
also big thanks to @malfeasance for explaining how to workout
