Lame first post, I know, but help me out with that one. To me, "seatbelt" is an entry to a hip throw or cross side ankle pick when standing, or a back ride entry into body triangle/RNC when seated. I'm having a hard time seeing either of those leading to a no-lose kimura. Not saying no, I just don't understand how. I'm not a kimua or americana guy, really, so I'm probably just missing the obvious.

Well, yes and no. Seatbelt is a grip in side control that allows you to isolate the far arm for an armbar or kimura.
It can be applied from the back or side control.
