You mean Tirz? Normally 4 weeks each at 2.5mg,5mg,7.5mg,10mg,12.5mg,15mg.

Oh I see so choose the best dose but minimum 1 month or longer?

No, you start at 2.5mg, titrate up after four weeks to 5mg, then 4 weeks later 7.5mg, etc. You don't have to titrate up if sides are bad, or if you're losing a lot of weight at a certain dose, but eventually you'll stop losing weight at a particular user dose and level off. Once you get to your target weight, you stay at that dose or drop down one for maintainance.

Got it. Than you sir. Do you cycle off then or you can stay on?

Staying on is the way it's meant to be used.

I'm oversimplifying, but this is essentially how it works.

GLP/GIP hormone levels set the weight your body wants to maintain.

By adding more GLP/GIP with Tirz, you're pushing that weight setting down.

So let's say you're 220lbs, that's where your metabolism wants you to be.

You take 2.5mg Tirz. That weight number is now 215. Appetite suppression kicks in to drive your weight down. Once you reach that weight appetite suppression stops.

You increase to 5mg, now your weight setting is 210. Appetite suppression returns until you hit that weight.

You keep increasing the dose until you reach your goal weight. If you're still losing you dial the dose back until appetite suppression stops.

That's your "maintenance" dose. You won't feel anything, unless you gain weight. then appetite suppression kicks in to drive your weight back down.

There are many, many health benefits to staying on even without needing further weight loss.

If you stop, the weight setting will return to where it was, you'll be insanely hungry, everything will appear delicious, and you'll gain all or most, if not more, of the weight back to return to "equilibrium".

There's no reason to come off, it'll only improve your health and likely extend your life significantly.

Think of it as a once a week "insulin" and you're a GLP/GIP diabetic.
