Trump Timeline ... Trumpocalypse

WASHINGTON — President Trump has decided to remove Anthony Scaramucci from his position as communications director, three people close to the decision said Monday, relieving him just days after Mr. Scaramucci unloaded a crude verbal tirade against other senior members of the president’s senior staff.

Mr. Scaramucci’s abrupt removal came just 10 days after the wealthy New York financier was brought on to the West Wing staff, a move that convulsed an already chaotic White House and led to the departures of Sean Spicer, the former press secretary, and Reince Priebus, the president’s first chief of staff.

The decision to remove Mr. Scaramucci, who had boasted about reporting directly to the president not the chief of staff, John Kelly, came at Mr. Kelly’s request, the sources said. Mr. Kelly made clear to members of the White House staff at a meeting Monday morning that he is in charge.

It was not clear whether Mr. Scaramucci will remain employed at the White House in another position or will leave altogether.

Death of a F***ing Salesman

[R]emind yourself who the president of the United States of America is.

Trump is the political version of a pickup artist, and Republicans — and America — went to bed with him convinced that he was something other than what he is. Trump inherited his fortune but describes himself as though he were a self-made man.

He has had a middling career in real estate and a poor one as a hotelier and casino operator but convinced people he is a titan of industry. He has never managed a large, complex corporate enterprise, but he did play an executive on a reality show.

He presents himself as a confident ladies’ man but is so insecure that he invented an imaginary friend to lie to the New York press about his love life and is now married to a woman who is open and blasé about the fact that she married him for his money.

He fixates on certain words (“negotiator”) and certain classes of words (mainly adjectives and adverbs, “bigly,” “major,” “world-class,” “top,” and superlatives), but he isn’t much of a negotiator, manager, or leader.

He cannot negotiate a health-care deal among members of a party desperate for one, can’t manage his own factionalized and leak-ridden White House, and cannot lead a political movement that aspires to anything greater than the service of his own pathetic vanity.

What a bunch of incompetent buffoons... the way this administration operates is bewildering...

I miss George Bush.
LOL. Do you mean his putting all his Saudi friends in his private jet after 911? Or his cocaine filled college days? Or his desertion from the National Guard on a coke filled week-end? For all you Trump haters, all 99% of all politicians are either corrupt, out of touch of the average citizen, or serving their own agenda. Ask black people how much Obama did for them. I am not a fan of Trump, but he won the election. Get over it.

You forgot, starting a pointless war that help create isis, killed thousands of Americans, wounded thousands more, ballooned our national dept etc.

Maybe I could get over hating Trump if I wasn't reminded Dailey of what a fucking crook and joke he is.

See, the thing about having a moral compass is I can't ignore how this clown is making a mockery of what this country was founded on and stands for.

But please, continue telling me how I should ignore a corrupt conman who will burn this country to the core in attempts to make him and his buddy's even richer and more powerful at the expense of you and I.

Please, continue...

Trump Truths ... POS ... Lying Sack of Shit ...

On the sidelines of the Group of 20 summit in Germany last month, President Trump’s advisers discussed how to respond to a new revelationthat Trump’s oldest son had met with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 campaign — a disclosure the advisers knew carried political and potentially legal peril.

The strategy, the advisers agreed, should be for Donald Trump Jr. to release a statement to get ahead of the story. They wanted to be truthful, so their account couldn’t be repudiated later if the full details emerged.

But within hours, at the president’s direction, the plan changed.

Flying home from Germany on July 8 aboard Air Force One, Trump personally dictated a statement in which Trump Jr. said that he and the Russian lawyer had “primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children” when they met in June 2016, according to multiple people with knowledge of the deliberations. The statement, issued to the New York Times as it prepared an article, emphasized that the subject of the meeting was “not a campaign issue at the time.”

The claims were later shown to be misleading.
