I agree with this. But if a lab is making good sales and the gear is consistent I think they can afford to spend some money on aesthetics

Yeah I'm in the same boat. This was a test order so will be interesting to see how everything works out. Communication was extremely quick at first but I've had to reach out since payment was sent. Hopefully get an update soon
