I can only comment on my breif experience with tsl. I have message tsl a few times and got responds all within 24 hours. Very detailed non rushed replys, even dealing with questions about aas in general not orders. I was surprisingly pleased with his professionalism and customer service in this matter.

I am pleased to see that compensation took place. Stuff always will go wrong and even if not the source fault the buck stops with them and its on them to fix it.
