First of all you have no idea what you talk about. U100 and U90 are both competitive weights. I now remain at U100 as I don't want to have to cut to dehydrate. The 100kg 14% is a ballpark figure. I weighted in 98.4 yesterday and I can see my upper two abs, which means I am 12-13%. However during the day I cant see shit as I am easting a ton of carbs (400-500g c) in order to go through my training. The trenbolone recomped me quite well and improved my recovery and strength. It is not rocket science. I play with triples at 8/9RPE I am using trenbolone as a tool to recomb, recover better and partition nutritient better. I give 0 shits about how I look (not that I look bad tho) or how big I am.
I can drop with preparation of 10-14 days around 20-22lbs of water and regain everything after the weight in (assuming 24h weight in). It is quite common to manipulate water, hormones, food intake salt and use diuretics to drop 20lbs. I have seen up to 30lbs of water drop (dude looked like half dead). I am not going to go into details.. it is not easy but VERY doable and common.
Also who are you to comment about water manipulation? You know shit seriously GTFO back to bodybuilding land where you do curls with 60s if that.
