(US) Long term stash planning BIG Thread

I used Chinease syringes when working in the Philippines, not 1 single issue.
FDA 8/16/24

We continue to recommend:

  • Use syringes not manufactured in China, if possible. At this time, glass syringes, pre-filled syringes, or syringes used for topical purposes are not included.
  • If you only have syringes manufactured in China, then continue to use them as needed until you are able to use alternative syringes and closely monitor for leaks, breakage, and other problems.

I'm sure "Chinease" syringes are fine, we're talking about "Chinese" syringes though. lol

Seriously, Nipro syringes are top quality and are just as cheap as the ones from China. I wouldn't risk it... it only takes one needle to ruin your entire blast.

Well might be good advice by the FDA warns for many things and there never an issue with most so I guess win some lose some.

I’ll probably settle for paying $10 per vial from a domestic warehouse instead of $7. God forbid higher maybe double at $14. Not sure you could convince me new shipping pathways would triple or quadruple prices once things are settled and competition catches up after a year. I think I have ~60 vials of product right now. Likely more than I need to weather any shipping changes. Time will tell

There's not a single domestic producer charging anywhere near that low of a price.

What you're suggesting is that in the case of it becoming harder to have oils shipped from China, the price of domestically produced gear would drop, a lot.
