I've used Lotrimin with good results despite it being an OTC product. In summer I do a maintenance treatment once per day for 1 month.

Never had it on my growin just feet. But i will say that since i started letting my wife keep me clean shaven down there i dont sweat near as much or get the sweaty balls smell. Not sure if it would help you or if shaving at this point would be wise.

Good point. If you got it on your feet, be careful. Jock itch is often spread from foot fungus moving up.

probably jock itch as suggested; I have had it 5-6 times over a 50 year period. Go to a dermatologist! I have itched so bad I couldn't sleep for weeks!!

Unlikely it is a STD but it could be a STI like HPV warts. Never had em, never want em but they are common; My son-in-law is a dermatologist and sees more and more of these.

Go see a dermatologist is the best advice it seems to me. Safe to say this is not life threatening no matter what so just go to see an MD

I had a physical recently from a smoking hot young girl. by the time she examined everything i was pretty hard, i was in just my boxers and she tells me to wait here, we are gonna test for a hernia. Some anti bacterial cream and keep it movin if it doesn't heal and you stat gettig holes in the bat wing. Go see a DR
