if you go back in this thread youll see that w-18 is not an opioid. it doesn't act on the opioid receptor.

Without revealing what I do/have done for a living, I can say that you have no idea what you are talking about and anyone reading this SHOULD take my advice.

At the hospital when someone OD's, do you think they try to figure out exactly what class of opioid the person OD'd on? Or do they focus their time and energy on saving the person's life????

I'm also curious as to the last time you spoke to a convicted drug dealer to investigate what the operation is and how they go about manufacturing the drugs along with distribution and intentional mislabeling of products? Tell me, when was the last time that you did that, because I can list numerous occasions for myself.

the last time I spoke to a convicted drug dealer was the last time I bought drugs. and he doesn't intentionally mislabel his drugs. but I don't do heroin or other opiates. the whole nodding and dipping thing is not my style.

I am referring to the fact that some dealers will produce watered down designer drugs like fentanyl, carfentanyl AND W-18 because they produce similar effects to HEROIN.

Do you think all drug dealers care about the accuracy of their narcotics or are they trying to make a buck at the expense of your health?

The point is that if you are a user of heroin products that you MUST be careful of purchasing products labeled as "heroin" which are actually watered down designer drugs. This is why you see those headlines.

And like I already stated, when someone OD's the treatment is the same regardless of the substance. Doctors are concerned about saving lives not identifying substances unless it is critical to the treatment.

And when the police show up to the scene of an overdose and see a bag of what apppears to be heroin next to the dead body, they just label it "heroin overdose" most times instead of some elaborate laboratory tests to label a product which will accomplish no real goal.

I would question the accuracy of those numbers.
ive been told recently that they don't test for drugs, let alone specific opiods, when someone od's.

I would double check those numbers with a convicted drug dealer, just to be sure.

Okay guys I'm just gonna speak from personal experience here, I've spent a lot of time involved as a user in the heroin game, and I'm not ignorant as most. The dope that is cut with fentanyl analogs is the shit guys want. Most addicts just think it's super strong heroin because they're generally not the most intelligent people. But yeah, the cut fentanyl analog dope is by far the strongest and doesn't require nearly the same amount for the desired effect. In fact you can't even get that kind of effect from regular heroin. Deals DO sell fent dope as H because generally they're ignorant too. This shit changes so many hands, nobody really knows what they have.
