From a layman's perspective (when it comes to analytical testing regarding GH I am NOT an authority) what I am seeing is a couple guys claiming fraud but they won't clearly explain what they see as a fraud. I'm open ears and open eyes gentlemen, please, entertain me. What specifically is the fraud that you claiming? I'm kind of slow, walk me through it so I can believe. It’s a sigma Aldrich method for testing HgH by using a culture. $268 product. Take the space out between dot and com if anyone cares to read.

1. It's not a reference standard. Reference standard is not just anything that contains the said chemical, but it has to fulfill specific requirements.

2. If you imply I don't know what Sigma is, go fuck yourself. There's picture of a real reference GH standard purchased somewhere here on this forum.

3. HGH form HEK cells appears when you search HGH on Sigmas search engine on a very convenient first spot. Something you'd choose if you knew very little about naming conventions. Real standards come up when you look up Somatropin.

4. Why would anybody purchase HEK expressed GH "standard" if REAL standards costs less than that (EU Ph. cca. 4 mg) or just a little more (USP cca. 4 mg)?

5. Now, if you take a good fucking look at the Sigma's page for HEK HGH you notice it's godfuckingdamn 10 micrograms.

6. Now take a look at the report, where the peak for the sample ( 4 mg GH ) and the "standard" ( 0.01 mg ) don't look that different. Kinda weird for a linear relationship isn't it? Or are you going to imply that the sample was dissolved in at the very least half a liter of water?

I do not know what happens with samples, I do not know what he is doing with samples. Nobody knows, only what he says here and people repeat. I leave the speculation out.

I only say what I see on the test results, it is flawed, incorrect, wrong or anyway you want to put it.

It cannot be done by FDA accredited lab as he claims. Unless he has somebody there who maybe is scamming him with fakes I do not know. He does not seem to understand any principles involved with testing.

I’m sorry to say that I do not know enough to confidently argue the points about the standard. I have posed these questions to the chemist; and I will update when I get them answered.

It is possible that I should have picked a different standard from Sigma. I sent the money and the chemist ordered the one I picked.
1)If it turns out that the standard is inferior for these purposes; I will purchase the correct one.
2)If a different standard is needed, I will pay to run that standard against the ones I already purchased.
3) If there is some appreciable difference in the analysis of the 2 hGH sources; I will come up with a solution for dealing with the tests previously performed.

Now @janoshik : if you noticed this critical problem long ago; why did you not engage me about it in one of the many PMs between us prior to this?
You felt confident about a “mistake” that you were certain my chemist made; and you quickly messaged me on that.
As I recall, you found out that you actually didn’t know what you were talking about, right?.....and you, in all your analytical superiority “forgot” about that one of the most common things used here is a chiral compound?

Because only way I could see that "problem" could happen is not a simple error, like before, but straight up bad intent which I wanted to investigate.

I've done it before with EC and we all know how it turned out. And we all know on whose side you stood on firmly. Do you need me to remind you? Because I would gladly do so.

That chiral compound doesn't separate isomers on LC like it does on GC and GC is not a technology I work with on daily basis. You couldn't have forgotten that, because your sorry ass never even knew that kind of stuff.
