First I am so touched by the outpouring of responses from the community here. I will be 100% honest and open with any questions you have for me so that maybe this does make a difference and help someone so they don't have to go through what I did. I never ran any gear till about 3 years ago. The majority of the time I just ran test alone and ran it at 2ml a week which would be 500 each week. I did that off of reading what recommended doses were plus what I was taking when prescribed TRT from the doc(he was prescribing 200 each week). I went up to the roughly 750 a week when I got this test from a new place and I started feeling more tired and like I wasn't myself. Looking back maybe the fatigue wasn't shitty test but rather my heart losing function cause they say that's the first big sign is fatigue. I ran tren I would say maybe 5 times if that much. I had read that 100 a day was appropriate. I read people debating about EOD or ED and most said ED kept your levels where they should be which is more consistent. I always did research to learn before doing anything. I never thought I was maxing out on dosage especially since its probably underdosed anyways. I am by far not making excuses for my actions just trying to show everyone my prospective and what I was thinking. As far as my genetics and overall health I had no heart issues and I always watched my BP because I know Tren especially can make your BP run high,it never did and BP was always good. My family doesn't have heart issues. Some have high BP due to bad diet but that happened when they became over 50. Iv'e had full physical work ups checking me out all over and all is good. I did do yearly blood work checking liver and all the other normal stuff and all was good even after starting on gear. Once one of my liver levels was barely elevated but was told it's nothing to worry about and it was tested again in a few months and was normal. I did not test my blood to see my test levels ever. i went off of my feelings in my body which many people do but it's so not accurate at all. My level in the hospital was 3100 or 3300 it's a little hard to remember cause I was clinging to life. But as you know most are happy with that level and glad to see their level at that amount. That also shows my stuff was underdosed cause it should've been higher and I had pinned 5 days prior the that day. Someone asked my diagnosis. I now have congestive heart failure and will have it forever. This comes from something I put in my body damaging the muscle in my heart. So it's for sure not genetics or bad diet, believe me I would feel better if it was but that's not the case. I did this to myself and sometimes that's a hard pill to swallow. Someone also asked if I felt it coming on. Well about two weeks before this happened I was at work at the end of a hard and hot day(I'm a welder and fabricator) I started feeling like I couldn't breath. I had asthma as a child and I know what that feels like but this was different. It felt like something was putting pressure on my lungs making it hard to breath in,I had to think about breathing and work to make it happen. Nowhere near the way it was the night I almost died but it scared me and it passed in about ten minutes. I wrote it off as I am overheated and I breathed in too much smoke and/or fumes that day maybe aggravating my lungs. No issues after that until the night it happened as my wife and I were going to bed I was laying down and had to sit up because I felt like I was smothering and like I couldn't breath and after a second it passed. Other than that I felt GREAT aside of being very tired and fatigued after work and I thought it's from the heat cause I live where its VERY VERY HOT. Looking back I can see I was way too tired and had a bad lack of energy that should've been a red flag for me. I hope I have answered some of the questions you all asked of me and I will answer anything you ask with honesty so that we can have more info out there to educate others before they choose to use steroids or not to use steroids. I also am not here to bash steroids nor people who read this and decide they are gonna keep using high amounts of steroids. Everyone's body is different and as you know there are those who use once and die and those who use for 30 years and live to be 90. All I know for sure is what happened to me and what I put into my own body and for how long, and that if it happened to me it's a possibility it can happen to you as well and I wouldn't wish that on anyone ever. Please ask anything and if it's personal then PM me. I will do anything to inform anyone that wants more information. Again the outpouring of love and support is more than I could've imagined and I am so thankful to you all!
Many of you have seen me post and comment from time to time and I've been around for awhile. I want to let everyone know what happened to me. I am 40years old, great health and I never get sick. I was taking 3ml of test cyp 250 a week and I've been doing that for a long time because I don't make test naturally and I got it underground because I don't have insurance. I was at the end of also with that about a 5month run of tren ace using 100 a day. I've done this plenty its the dose that works for me but never for exactly that long. I work hard and I had worked the day this happened just as everyday life. Later in the evening after going to bed I woke up to get a snack and I felt like I couldn't breath,as if I had pressure in my chest or like I was drowning. I called 911 and they came and got me treating me as if its no big deal. After a short drive in the ambulance things went south. I lost almost all lung capacity to breath in air and started violently spitting up fluid from my lungs. I heard the driver change hospitals and say something about critical condition, not the words you wanna hear as your fighting for your life. At this point he bags me to force air into me. I've never suffered like this before in my life. I was laying there violently thrashing fighting for air and wondering why am I not dying yet. I get to the ER and I'm surrounded by doctors cutting off my clothes and I was swelling in my midsection. Last thing I remember was them telling me they are inserting a breathing tube and me screaming for them to knock me out because I was running out of fight left in me. They fought constantly for four hours to save my life and I almost died in the back of that ambulance. Turns out it was my heart only working at20% which made me fill up full in my lungs with fluid that my kidneys couldn't get rid of. All this was caused by PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY HEART which gave me congestive heart failure which I will have for life. I'm still very sick. I lost about 40lbs in just a few days. I may or may not recover my heart function, its now 10 to15% and I only have 50\50 odds of it getting any better. I may have to go on disability because I'm too weak to work anymore so I can't support my own family. Brothers learn from me and don't let my story be yours. Life is fragile and the damage done is certainly from the things I was putting in my body And now I am reaping what I have down. I know lots dothe same things without this happening, but is it worth the gamble of your life and ability to support your family as a man, a father and a husband. I promise you it is not when you stand where I am looking back. Pray for me,pray for my family and please think hard and be careful with what you put in your body. You never know when your story could be like my own........or worse.

Mr Oz, I hope that your recovery is going well. I saw that you posted about running clean for several months long (posted July 12, 2015), but I didn't see this in your original post. Were you also still using clean at the time of the episode?Has anyone ever had issues with your throat and/or tongue getting soar or having any type of white places come up in your mouth from using liquid clen for a long amount of time(several months)?
Just take iT easy bro, life is more important than swolzees....Let me try to answer everyone's questions at once. The medication I took that I wrote about on Nov. 14 is a pain medication from a motorcycle accident I had many years ago where I broke my neck and had a compound fracture in my right arm which required a steel rod and 17 screws into my bone to fix along with breaking my hand and knee as well. A school bus pulled out in front of me at 65MPH. Yet again another time I should've been dead but God intervened and saved my life. So from time to time I could have serious pain when it rains or if I had my neck in a strain welding in an odd position, and no there was never abuse of it or anything crazy like that. I had read and heard that any kind of medication that is in the opiate family can increase prolactin in the brain which then lowers your testosterone. This is what led me to TRT in the first place. That was all fully monitored under a doctors care unlike my recent years of TRT self therapy.lol. I checked my BP at least a few times a week and also if I ever felt my heart or blood really pumping and I was never elevated out of my normal range. As far as AI levels I never had an issue with estrogen to my knowledge. No estrogen related sides that I saw but I did have acne and would break out super easy after starting higher doses or test. Mostly on my back more than anything. I never took AI's except once for a week maybe and I got sick at my stomach and felt dizzy so my thoughts were the normal regiment most take dropped my estrogen too low and caused issues so I never used it again. I look back and can see trying to guess your bloodwork by feel is very stupid. Probably by the time you feel it your way outta range, not a good idea but hindsight is always 20/20. I never took dostinex and I tried clenbuterol some but as someone who had asthma as a kid it did nothing much for me. I never felt the shakes or anything even taking a larger amount at times. Thats what I was talking about in my previous post as well.Iv'e been through a lot so my head isn't all there to remember everything as I usually would unfortunately, but I remember better with each day. I figure anything with buterol at the end won't work for me like it may for others due to taking a lot as a kid for asthma issues which I grew out of as a teenager. As far as telling what labs I was taking I don't think is a good idea. I know it's not their fault like they had bad stuff in their gear, actually the opposite. Their shit was primo and almost killed me cause it's stronger than most I believe. Neither lab is on this site, one is old school that a lot of vets use from another forum and the other guy the tren was from has nothing but great reviews. I know there are some people out there who see me and say "damn he got the good shit I wanna find out the lab he had!". Not saying the one who asked is like that but there are people with that attitude out there and I can't point them in the direction of something so strong they may do the same as I did. I also wouldn't want to make some others think that this lab is pushing something that is killer rat poison either and destroy a rep they worked hard to have because I over did there good ass gear. That's on me not on them,it was always my choice to use what they sell and nobody made me do anything. If I thought they had bad poison shit I would yell it from the rooftops! I had every kind of blood test and blood work done at the hospital trying to figure out whats going on and nothing odd came up aside of the steroids that were supposed to be there. No heavy metals or anything like that. Did I get everyone's questions answered I hope?
I meant that post to go out yesterday but I made a mistake posting. Sorry I got this to ya'll late.
@kevinhy you can get your blood pressure measured at cvs,Walgreens. They have a BP machine in the area of prescriptions. It's pretty accurate. Just don't go in there after a great workout, I almost ripped the sleeve out of machine trying to get my arm through . But again the old ladies turn an smile at yaI hope everything is doing better now, but it still leaves me to question how exactly you checked your bp. Do you have a home monitor? How often is it calibrated? What was your average bp reading? On the days you measured it, did you check multiple times per day? BP is known as the silent killer because you typically dont feel that something is going wrong, so you wouldnt really "feel" if it were off.
I know this is a very serious and unfortunate event that is happening to you, and I'm the first to tell someone to lower their doses and use the smallest amount possible if they choose to use gear, but I cant help but feel it didnt have the biggest impact here. Three years of low to moderate doses of cruising coupled with a few blasts just isnt enough to cause that dramatic of cardiac remodeling. There must have been congenital factors at play or severely elevated blood pressure during your 3 year course that exacerbated the issue. If three years of moderate test and a few tren blasts were all it took to cause rapid cardiovascular remodeling there would be A LOT more cases like this. I wouldnt beat yourself up about the gear use being the sole cause here, I think other factors have to be at play.
Man I am praying for you and your family this is the tenth time I red this. I just started my first tren run 125 mg eod And planed on a eight Week run. I have ran plenty of cycles but I will be on my toes for sure. Hope you get better. Many of you have seen me post and comment from time to time and I've been around for awhile.
