We are looking to stock pure igf-1 API (increlex),would anyone interested?

rhIGF-1 and rhIGFBP-3 are produced by two separate E. coli strains: one containing the human gene for insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), the other containing the human gene for insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3). IGF-1 consists of 70 amino acids in a single chain with three intramolecular disulfide bridges and a molecular weight of 7649 daltons.

Nope, nobody on this bodybuilding forum is interested in the main growth hormon of the human body..move on.

I mean really without a price point and some independent lab tests what do you think the response would be...

To be clear, you're not discussing stocking the actual product, Increlex, correct? You're talking about a product that you'll attempt to have clients believe will be on par with Increlex...as many have done but none have been successful.

There's no money in offering the pharm grade product, Increlex. We've had vendors pick up a kit at a pharmacy in Turkey and then show us all the receipt and ship the product to members.

The deal with this way of doing things ensures the product is real...unless its a counterfeit product.
There is also a limited supply. The vendors who have done this have done it as a way to gain trust. Did they mark it up. I don't remember and don't care.

The point is I believe my fellow members who posted before me may be of the understanding that you are talking about the actual product, Increlex. A product brought to the world by Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.

Every Igf-1 product, no matter how "Pure" the vendor claims it to be has always been a let down. Its going to be Research or Media Grade and is going to suck.

The price here in the USA for 40ml of Increlex is $60k plus or minus a few hundred bucks depending on the pharmacy used. That's the cash price.

The reason its so expensive is that there aren't any generics yet. The company has a patent on the drug. Once the patent expires and generics can be produced we'll see prices less than we see today.

Its prescribed to pediatric patients ages 2 to 18 yrs of age. Its why there aren't boxes of it being offered around. Parents are going to see that their children get treatment.

@Jfrost89

the real stuff is super expensive… it is, and hope u can find it… but at 40k+ as ben has stated…

Its much less out of the USA. Meso member @cujo bought a box from a source here that ended up being the scam source that had ripped off many a member at promuscle on several occasions. That source at promuscle went by Horizon/meangree/pacman. Here, he went by HghPro.

If I'm not mistaken the Increlex from the Turkish pharmacy was somerthing like $1200 for the box. I remember cujo was concerned because the label was on the vial crooked. My cursing the source calling him a thief after his first post probably didn't help instill confidence in cujos mind, either?

Hasn't the patent expired a few years ago?
i thought the issue was the difficulty in synthesizing it, hence the crap quality from UGL....

If they can make IGF-1 LR3 and IGF-1 DES, can Increlex be that much harder? Seems like it should be easier but Idk.
Increlex is more than just IGF-1. It has couple other things in it to extend its life and enhance it. It appears quite different than IGF-1 LR3 or DES and is not just pure IGF-1. I don't understand the details obviously and don't pretend to, but I don't think it is that simple.

It has the whole complex of igf binding protein

I was looking around and thought i saw that the patent had expired but it looks like its still active and will be until around the year 2030.

That's what I decided to roll with. This subscriber "peptide" ducks in and out of threads like its the thing to do. He doesn't have any kind of grasp on the English language. That's the only reason I don't think he was intentionally trying to muddy the waters by dropping the name "Increlex". Guys see it and many think this clown is possibly going to stock it.

I'd ask him to stay in his thread but I don't think he has one? If he does that's where he should be. He's running around with a vendor tag without a home. Too much free time.
He's posted test results from Jano. Must have a website or something going on?

Yes. Increlex is just recombinant igf1. It has a 5 to 6-hour half-life. Iplex is the complex that extends it's half-life
IPLEXTM (mecasermin rinfabate [rDNA origin] injection) is an aqueous solution for injection containing a binary protein complex of human insulin-like growth factor-1 (rhIGF-1) and human insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3 (rhIGFBP-3), both produced by recombinant DNA technology.
