Weight gain on anavar cycle

Great advice wow... Im a 38yr old mum of 3... On a career break, im a nurse by profession.Ok so stop the far burners anyway... I forgot to include veg, i eat LODS of green bean, asparagus and kale with each meal but yes i too think im eating too much carbs(sweet potato).. My plan is done by a fitness coach, i finish up with her next week as she is completely anti steriods.. So want to try manage things on my own for a while.. Am hoping to do a show early next yr, in the figure category... So want to see how my body changes.. Tanku for great advice..
you're 38 with 3 kids???
you can eat whatever you want you look great...

Great advice thank you, i do know from being a nurse that the more water you drink the less chance your body will hold onto water.. The more dehydrated you are the more the body holds onto water so drinking loads is better than drinking less..

You're right but The thing is though that the more dehydrated you are means you have less water in your body so how could dehydration cause bloat, or conversely, increasing hydration status reduce bloat?

The human body has developed an extremely successful tool/mechanism to determine optimal water intake. It's called thirst lol. Drink when your thirsty and drink enough so that your urine is a clear color, unless you're taking B vitamins in which case your urine will almost always be yellow, and that's the amount of water your body needs :)

Plus for every 1000mg of vitamin c you take you must have at least 1ltre of water and i take 2000mg vit c every day so... Im not drinking enough id say!! Nurses are the worst for taking their own advice !

"Oral vitamin C produces tissue and plasma concentrations that the body tightly controls. Approximately 70%–90% of vitamin C is absorbed at moderate intakes of 30–180 mg/day. However, at doses above 1 g/day, absorption falls to less than 50% and absorbed, unmetabolized ascorbic acid is excreted in the urine [4]. Results from pharmacokinetic studies indicate that oral doses of 1.25 g/day ascorbic acid produce mean peak plasma vitamin C concentrations of 135 micromol/L, which are about two times higher than those produced by consuming 200–300 mg/day ascorbic acid from vitamin C-rich foods [10]. Pharmacokinetic modeling predicts that even doses as high as 3 g ascorbic acid taken every 4 hours would produce peak plasma concentrations of only 220 micromol/L [10]."

That sounds like back pumps.... not a common thing on var but maybe you adapt different. That's more something you can get on adrol or dbol. Sometimes they can be painful...like a muscle spasm burn

Try taking taurine.

Did your fat burner have taurine in it by chance?

No it didnt have any taurine in it... I have increased my weights so maybe I just over did it.. Took 2.5g of beta alanine with creatine and glutamine for my pre workout...

Im still waiting on my tester kit to test the var... I hope it is var!!!

Everyone is different with sides, I can take 100+mg of dbol and never experience one back pump.

I would put a lot of the weight on your diet, not saying the var is real... just think your diet needs adjusted if you are trying to lose weight\cut fat.

The sad thing is you will just have to try different diets, no one can guess a diet for you. I could have 5 people on this forum suggest me a diet and 100 to 1 odds say it don't work for me.

The biggest thing to remember in this game is everyone is different. Test your anavar if it's real then work on your diet and training.

Muscle confusion and shocking the muscle is a misunderstood concept. The main goal of training is progress and progress can't really be measured if you're always changing things. Not sure of your current status but if you're a beginner (as defined by recovery abilities NOT time spent in the gym) look into a linear progression lifting program like starting strength. If intermediate, look into dual factor routines or something periodized. A member here WeightedChinup has a damned good program that focuses on BBing and is periodized.

Got that one archived in my multi links

Dual-factor Bodybuilding routine for Intermediate and Advanced lifters

It's a pretty solid looking program for the intermediate lifter but be honest with yourself if you are a beginner you will make better gains from a linear progression system then a periodization program

Thats an amazing program, ive never seen anything like it... It actually looks really good... I might try it.. It has always been preached by PT's to train split body parts with amble rest periods but weightedchipup trains nearly all muscle groups in one session and 3 times a week ... I can only imagine the results one would get, if done correctly!! Tanks very much for the link and advice, such a brilliant forum, everyone is so nice, smart and friendly!!
