Weight gain on anavar cycle

Thats an amazing program, ive never seen anything like it... It actually looks really good... I might try it.. It has always been preached by PT's to train split body parts with amble rest periods but weightedchipup trains nearly all muscle groups in one session and 3 times a week ... I can only imagine the results one would get, if done correctly!! Tanks very much for the link and advice, such a brilliant forum, everyone is so nice, smart and friendly!!

I have not done body part splits since my teenaged years and I never will again to be honest. It's, to put it simply, an inferior way of training.

Muscle confusion and shocking the muscle is a misunderstood concept. The main goal of training is progress and progress can't really be measured if you're always changing things. Not sure of your current status but if you're a beginner (as defined by recovery abilities NOT time spent in the gym) look into a linear progression lifting program like starting strength. If intermediate, look into dual factor routines or something periodized. A member here WeightedChinup has a damned good program that focuses on BBing and is periodized.
Could you link me to those programs, thanks alot

So i said id update today as to how im feeling, its day 12 on 10mg of anavar. Dont feel as tired this week... Finding it really hard to sleep, broken sleep, if im woken up at all by my baby or my snooring husband i just cant get back to sleep. Felt very sore today after leg day, rest day today. My bloating has definitely gone, i cut out sweet potato from afternoons, only eating it with one meal midday, having basmati rice and brown pasta with evening meals, much better!!
Im pretty short tempered lately, cud b lack of sleep or var!! My lady bits dont seem swollen anymore? Strength definitely increasing, no more muscle cramps.. All gud so far, just wish I could feel it more, and see more results. Thinking of supplementing with 200mg caffeine for energy??

I would test that Anavar like the guys are saying, but you are only at week 2, the results will come if it is real. When I have a client that hits the wall (lethargy), I always change up their diet to shock the system and add energy. We also do MCT oil in the daily supplement shake as well. That seems to help. Caffeine is also not a bad choice, along with others, just keep an eye on the BP and don't take it at night (or you will never get any sleep)..
Always remember, the diet is more powerful than the Anavar:)

I, as well as a couple other female members on this board felt lethargic sometime during the first couple weeks of starting our cycles. If you do have legit Var, the lethargy will go away soon. Just hang in there. Your body is trying to adjust to this new influx of hormones. The energy and endurance is amazing once it hits! ;)

Anytime! The lethargy sucks but it should be short-lived. It will be worth it. :)

Am I late to this party?

Hi, my name is Wunderpus, @gr8whitetrukker calls me Meat Messiah, you may or may not be lucky enough to find out why.

No kids as far as I know, or pets.

I most likely have narcissistic personality disorder, ADHD, possibly sociopathy and I'm much more of a "dom" than a "sub".

My dream date would involve going to Sizzler, taking GHB together, putting a Lawn Dart in unmentionable places and waking up regretting most things we did that night.

I'm a gemini, I hope that's okay.

Okay this is random as fuck I'm gonna sound like a dick for saying this, but do we know for sure if GearGoddess is a real person now? I was scrolling through the first part of the thread and it looked like she was guilty of faking pics & shit.

You judge someone's advice on the advice itself and how back up it is by objective evidence, not on their pics or lack thereof. Having said that, some of her advice is good and some of it is poor.

I was actually thinking about that, only properly read all that stuff yesterday and was very surprised as i found her very good on advice and quite friendly ... Im not here to make friends so i dont give a shit about how someone looks but i wouldnt like to be given false information... But id always get a second opinion if i was in doubt..

BB78, apologies and the apparent lack of communication. Most, if not all, members on this site joke from time to time. If you find that unpalatable, with all due respect, I suggest you find another board. If you're willing to have a bit of fun and not always be SO serious, you'll fit in just fine. Such is the nature of a largely male population, one that is particularly over stimulated on hormones. I hope you understand where I'm coming from, and I certainly didn't mean to offend you :)
